Excellent location but lacked any relaxation areas meaning you had to be outside the hotel at all times Breakfast should have been served on the 9th Floor where there was a superb view over the city but was confined to the 1st Floor. |

Location is really good. Hotel is bright and clean and well staffed, all round good atmosphere. Room floors were cool tile and room smelled clean. A small market is across the street. It was priced right and I liked it. no negatives for me. |

Good location. Helpful staff. Near to bus stop, boat station and historical center. Clean, air-conditioned room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was terribly poor. Sewage pipe under the wash basin was leaking, however plumber came immediately and fixed. Quite far from the nearest beach (1 km). No wi-fi in the room. |

The room was clean and accomodation was good. The shower worked really well. The breakfast was also good. The isolation from the noise in the street was very good and the place was quiet and clean. Although they were always correct, people at the reception were not very collaborative. It seemed as if they are very much used to receiving lots of people and personal care does not worry them. |

The central location was good and the view to harbour was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were functional. The rooms were not a 4 star rating and were dated 60's and we did not have a shower curtain. The bar consisted of 3 small tables and was not open past 11. |

assistance for little extras like parking the bycycle, luggage etc the breakfast is just ok - not much variety in cheese and meat (but thats italian breakfast i guess..) |

The main advantage to staying at this hotel is location. This is not in my opinion a four star hotel. The bathroom was particularly shabby and in need of attention. |

Staff friendly especially cleaning staff. location very good. lovely views from bedroom Not 4* but ok 3* No swimming pool - no internet, reception staff said it "was broken". Breakfast very poor with only 2 cereals, muesli & cornflakes provided. 3 day Medical conference held in reception making area chaotic. No entertainment whatsoever in hotel. Bar/coffee shop a joke. |

Good location,only 5 minutes walk to the old town and harbour. Room had a great view out over the bay (6th floor). Room was nice and clean. Hotel interior was very dated - felt like a time warp. The bathroom was a bit old as well, although clean.Overpriced, not really 4 star. |

Liked the location and the size of the room. Views from room were excellent. Lack of storage in the room and furniture slightly dated. They did not have a high chair for the baby in the restaurant! |

Buena vista pero ( ver lo que no me ha gustado ) Es muy bonita la vista desde el hotel pero el hotel hace más fea la vista desde el mar. No se debería haber permitido su construcción. Espero que no vuelvan a cometer ese tipo de errores. |
