It was a good location for shopping, eating and beach.

Our Air Conditioner did not work well. We asked the front desk to ensure it was even working. But, they said that it was working and that is how it was. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. The sofa sleeper for our 3rd guest was very uncomfortable. Should not be used for guests.

The view of the city and marina is stunning and the location is ideal - it is close to buses, beaches, the spacious park and the charming historical city center. Excellent staff and very nice maids.

The restaurant at the top floor was unfortunately unavailable during my stay and the hotel has no outdoor places to relax.

It is in the centre of Alghero and just 1 minute from the old town. It is also not far away from the beach. The rooms at the top floors have a good seaview.

The customer service at the front desk: there was no mention on their website that there is a daily EUR8 for their car park. The fact that they had a car park was the decision maker for me to book this hotel however on our arrival we found out that there is a charge. I had looked at other hotels where it is listed if there is a charge. The front desk manager argued with us that they also do not advertise their mini bar charges which is a ridicolous comparison. He would not reason with us and was very rude. When we said we wanted to make a complain he agreed to waive the charge but he was an unpleasant person.

The staff at the hotel counter spoke very good English and were very helpful. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space for clothes The restaurant staff were good at keeping it tidy The hotel is located near a park, which is ideal for families with children. The hotel is also near a grocery store and airport bus stop, it is centrally located and well visible in the city.

On a four-star hotel, it is bad not to have free internet in all rooms. You must pay 4 euro to use the internet for one hour. Our room had no grounded electrical circuit, so it was impossible to charge the laptop without useing the wall socket in the corridor. Breakfast at the hotel were also disappointing. Beside yoghurt, cereal and some fruit, are there only cheese, ham and jam to choose from. Overall, apart from the staff, one expects more from the four stars

The location is excellent for the access to the old town and convenient for the airport bus stop.

Excellent location but lacked any relaxation areas meaning you had to be outside the hotel at all times

Breakfast should have been served on the 9th Floor where there was a superb view over the city but was confined to the 1st Floor.

Good location. Helpful staff. Near to bus stop, boat station and historical center. Clean, air-conditioned room, comfortable bed.

Breakfast was terribly poor. Sewage pipe under the wash basin was leaking, however plumber came immediately and fixed. Quite far from the nearest beach (1 km). No wi-fi in the room.

The central location was good and the view to harbour was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were functional.

The rooms were not a 4 star rating and were dated 60's and we did not have a shower curtain. The bar consisted of 3 small tables and was not open past 11.

assistance for little extras like parking the bycycle, luggage etc

the breakfast is just ok - not much variety in cheese and meat (but thats italian breakfast i guess..)

The main advantage to staying at this hotel is location.

This is not in my opinion a four star hotel. The bathroom was particularly shabby and in need of attention.
