The Hotel staff was very friendly. Location of the hotel was excellent being very close to the city centre, approximately 9 mins to Piazza Duomo and so close to the Catania market. Services including breakfast was excellent with very good danish pastries and croissants. The room was clean, comfortable and up to high standard. All worth the value for money. There was not enough water pressure in the shower pipe because water leaked from around the pipe. |

Close to shops, large room, modern furnishings and bathroom with jakuzzi bath. Too noisy most of night, someone came into our room in error during the night, fault with bath, area hotel is in felt a bit threatening to walk around and had difficulty finding the hotel as surrounded by market stalls on arrival. |

The first night there was no running water and the hotel staff didn't know when the problem will be fixed. We were given a room for the disabled and we were promissed that it will be changed the next day. It didn't happen. The hotel staff didn't speak almost any English and didn't seem to care about the customers' needs. Breakfast was very poor and it happened that one day at 9.00 AM some sort of food was missing and the answer was that it was finished. |

The location and the room. It is a pensione and not a hotel. It occupies one floor from a whole building. The breakfast was very poor. We never managed to get hold of ham or cheese for breakfast. By 8:45 a.m. it was gone and the staff would not provide. One has to ask for milk and tea/coffee. The lift taking you to the pensione is extremely old and small. A wheelchair won't fit. Besides, one has to climb seven steps before one reaches the lift. We colud not find the pensione. In fact we paid the taxi driver 40 Euro from the airport, because he said he could not find it. |

The hotel itself is very clean, modern and new, centrally located just off Via Etnea. Easy access to town. Very good value for money. Finding the hotel was a challenge, not signposted and situated on 1st floor. The street itself is dirty and riddled with market refuse, although it is quickly forgotten once you enter the hotel. Breakfast was very poor. Cleaning staff at the hotel were very friendly, sometimes more so than the receptionists themselves. |

The hotel staff was very kind and always helpful. Room was new and clean and has a nice bathroom. The hotel has a good location at the city center. It was a little bit difficult to find the hotel on the street. Bigger hotel sign would help. |

The location is good, easy to the train station and is located besides the main road. The external environment is a little bit mess because there is a market outside |

The hotel receptionist drove us to the airport himself because the bus wasn't running that day and that was really nice. The breakfast was great. We could take as much food as we wanted. The hotel receptionist didn't speak Englih very well. A museum we wanted to go to required reservation and we needed him to make it but he neded up not making the reservation. The hotel was also in a sketchy area, but the whole city of Catania was pretty sketchy. |
