It was central, clean and the staff were very helpful. There was free internet access and also the use of a washing machine. |

all of the staff were very helpful and able to supply accurate advice about local attractions, transport, excursions etc. room was spacious and aircon and hot water for shower were always working perfectly. breakfast was fine, if you have any requests they will try and get it for you for the next morning. free internet access was always available on the landing on 2nd floor. |

the rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly. there was no sign out the front of the building so you werent really sure it was the right one |

Great room with a view of Etna. Close to the old sights of Catania. Very polite, helpful staff who organised a great tour of Etna. Free internet too. Trying to find it from the train station in the dark wasnt lots of fun as its on a small back street |

Free use of computer with high-speed internet access. Hosts were very helpful answering questions by email. Willingness to accommodate with breakfast for an early departure. Location in Catania seemed rather unsafe especially after dark. |
