The location was excellent for us since we travelled by train and the hotel is right opposite the train station. Airport is very close as well. Staff do not speak any English. |

The staff were excellent, its was a most enjoyable stay.one of the best hotel s I have stayed at, excellent breakfast. Would come again. Just one small detail, the shower setting for hot and cold water was not visible so you had to be careful not to scold yourself. |

The room was comfortable; the staff was ok; the location is good in front of the railway station; breakfast is ok (you can have an espresso or a capuccino which is nice). The dinner menu is very limited, although the plates I tried were good and the price was not out of limits. |

the location is perfect, just opposite the train station. And the room is quiet and clean. When my friend and I had breakfast there, no staff showed up and serve tea or coffee. So we don't have hot drink at all. |

The NH Cavalieri has an excellent position (facing the central railway station in Pisa), however it is very quiet (double-glazed windows). For those who want to explore, apart from the city of Pisa, also other sites in the Tuscany (like Lucca or Carrara e.g.) it is a very good central point. An other asset of the hotel is its very helpful and kind staff and a very good cuisine. |

I thought front of house could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming. The waiter in the dining room made up for them. I felt I could have done with just a little more space in the bedroom, and also a shelf for ladie's toiletries in the bathroom. |

location is good I don't like the bathroom. My room no was 221 and the most important thing is there were no bathtub and the shower space was too small. the shower area was not clean. |

The hotel was right outside the train station, aithough you wuold not know it [no train noise], bus from the airport stopped right outside, 1 euro per person, 15 to 20 minute walk to the leaning tower, food very good, hotel staff very friendly and spoke good english. |

It was conveniently located close to the airport and rail station. Considering the hotel was 'advertised' as new our room was a bit shabby nd the bathroom was very small and you couldn't sit on the toilet because the toilet roll holder was in the way!!! |

Clean, bright & modern hotel with good air-conditioning - we arrived well before the normal earliest check-in time but were still able to access our room within a hour of arrival. |

The proximity to the railway station as we were going on to the Cinque Terre by train. The hotel was very modern and the rooms were well appointed and bed was most comfortable. We loved our stay there. |

Our first evenings stay on 26th Sep was ok nice room and comfortable. Our second room on 28th Sep was awful not 4star noisey aircon, shabby and hotel corridors not decorated. It spoilt the last day of our trip |
