Major point, Its right infront of Station. And price is high but looking at it services and facilities its worth to pay. Cleanliness, services are very good. Staff is co-operative. Its a nice experience to stay in this hotel. |

Renovated room, near train station (20 meters distance!), no street noise, flexible time schedule at closing breakfast and dinner times (could stay for a quarter of time more) Thin room walls, strange noise - probably from ventilation only out from our room with no efforts to fix it, in breakfast not in time food supplement (e.g. the milk bottle stayed empty for over 15 minutes) and some delicatessen (e.g. cheese) were not fresh at all (cheese), (no slippers provided in room) |

This hotel was right opposite the main railway station in Pisa. Easily accessable to airport and sites of both Pisa and Florence The room is being refurbished therefore half the hotel is of a very high standard and the remainder is very poor. We were lucky to be upgraded to a refurbished room |

Its just directly opposite to the station. Breakfast time ended too early at10am. By the time you arrive at 9.30am, most of the food was gone and nothing was replaced even though some customers were still arriving. In addition, the green blankets on the bed were not washed everyday and seem very unhygienic. |
