quietness the wifi is very poor. in the reception area, also it should be available in all the rooms.I paid 2 days at £30 and realy did not benefit at all. a waste of my money.i will be looking for a hotel next time with a better wi-fi sorry. |

The impressive design of my room (note, however, that not all the rooms have been refurbished). The common areas are also excellent. The staff is helpful. Unless you want to be close to the train station, the hotel is opposite to the main city sightseeings. However, for a small city like Pisa this is not a major problem: it can be crossed from side to side in about 20 minutes. |

We loved the nh Cavalieri, especially the closeness to the train station. In fact, all we had to do was cross the street and bingo, nh was there. I loved the decorum and moderness of the rooms. It was not far from the Duomo and Leaning Tower. Perfect. The breakfast was fabulous. |

Good location, right opposite the central railway station and only 10 minute walk into town. Good bed and great breakfasts. Location opposite the station is great - 1 hour to Florence, 25 to Lucca, don't bother going to Livorno (15 mins) - not very interesting... all was good! |

Its marvellous situation.We could go to many places by train.Excellent! I still think we were given an old room.All right it was facing the Railway Station,which was fascinating.But we would return to it! |

Very bad service and experience encountered. the hotel staff are very unfriendly to help and answer question, e.g. how to access to the internet and very slow for check-in. Definitely would not stay again. |

location is great, opposite railway station, direct access to Luca and Firence, no noise of street, breakfast great, clean modern room, food in hotel ok, distance to tower of pisa good since you have nice stroll crossing the shops. No longer than exactly 5 min from airport. we took the upgrade at the site, quite happy with that |

The location was excellent for us since we travelled by train and the hotel is right opposite the train station. Airport is very close as well. Staff do not speak any English. |

The staff were excellent, its was a most enjoyable stay.one of the best hotel s I have stayed at, excellent breakfast. Would come again. Just one small detail, the shower setting for hot and cold water was not visible so you had to be careful not to scold yourself. |

The room was comfortable; the staff was ok; the location is good in front of the railway station; breakfast is ok (you can have an espresso or a capuccino which is nice). The dinner menu is very limited, although the plates I tried were good and the price was not out of limits. |

the location is perfect, just opposite the train station. And the room is quiet and clean. When my friend and I had breakfast there, no staff showed up and serve tea or coffee. So we don't have hot drink at all. |

The NH Cavalieri has an excellent position (facing the central railway station in Pisa), however it is very quiet (double-glazed windows). For those who want to explore, apart from the city of Pisa, also other sites in the Tuscany (like Lucca or Carrara e.g.) it is a very good central point. An other asset of the hotel is its very helpful and kind staff and a very good cuisine. |

I thought front of house could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming. The waiter in the dining room made up for them. I felt I could have done with just a little more space in the bedroom, and also a shelf for ladie's toiletries in the bathroom. |
