Its central location and proximity to railway station and airport. The room was very small, the room too hot (thermostat did not work) and the bed too hard!

Location The sink was broken and the management failed to fix it in spite my reporting it. Perhaps connected to the issue there was a sewage smell in the room.

This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever lived in a hotel. I booked a double bedroom in this hotel because I loved the pictures (very modern and comfortable-looking bedrooms), although the price was above the average you can find in the city. When we arrived, the guy at reception gave us the key to our bedroom: a single bedroom (105 cm and there was as well just one set of towels and one glass in the bathroom, they didn't even care to pretend), and tried to convince us that was a double room (when we came back to the reception complaining). When we asked for a proper double room, he said that they were fully booked in the renewed part of the hotel, that is, the hotel was overbooked. He gave us another key in a different floor, where rooms hadn't been renovated yet: it was smelly, dark, cold, with old furniture and a very small and old-fashioned room). We ended up in the small room, at the fee I had already paid. He laughed at the situation and told us that he would get us a suit "next time". We didn't even get an extra set of towels. The breakfast was not very satisfying (horrible coffe for an Italian hotel). I filed a complaint and never received an answer/explanation. I'll never go back to this hotel!

Location cleanliness of room if you get the renovated one. Be careful about getting a room at this hotel. They will try to give you the crappiest room if they think they can get away with it. Not all the rooms are renovated. My shower pressure was so low even tough I was on the 1st floor. The staff was not very friendly. It's almost as if you're bothering them when you ask them a question. Be careful not to be assigned a room next to the elevator. It is so noisy at night

Its right in front of the train station; and very close to the Pisa Tower: The staff was not very kind, and it wasnt 100% clean; there is not free wifi in the rooms and you have to pay 9€ for 30 min of internet. There is not free transportation for the airport like they advertise:

Hotel was very clean and professional but managed to retain an air of friendliness and interest in guests. The rooms were well appointed and although only 10 minutes from the airport (and on the flight path), opposite the train station and a busy bus hub (with buses going to 6 different destinations) the double glazing was so efficient we hardly heard a thing even though we were on the corner and first floor. The staff in the dining room at breakfast were not the friendliest but did respond positively with a little encouragement - maybe they are not morning people!!!! The amount of begars outside the hotel was difficult to manage for us ( I was robbed on the morning we left) but this may be a difficult area for the hotel to manage - wonder what their relationship with local police is like!

The location is ideal for those who wish to visit other cities around pisa with the bus and train stations practically on your doorstep. Hotel facilities are adequate for an inner city hotel, and the breakfast was well catered. The bathroom in our room could do with better fittings, and certain items seemed worn out. Also the room would have been better with part or full carpeting rather than parquet flooring, considering the time we visited ( January ).

Picked the hotel for it's location near the railway station, as I knew we would be having heavy luggage - it was directly across the street (great). Nice restuarant, staff and breakfast offering was very nice. Fantastic restaurant close by, literally right around the corner, give it a try you will not be disappointed - "Lo Schiaccianoci" (google/search trip advisor - for more info) Stayed in room 506. The tv did not work, but maintenance personnel stayed on the issue and resolved it as efficienclty as possible, this was greatly appreciated. Every hotel can have a problem, it is how they deal with it that separates a good hotel from a bad one. If you want to be close to the station, pick this one, if you want to be close to the tower of pisa, find something closer. Did find a mild smell from the bathroom - sewage and had some issue with the shower, which we managed through.

The room was really nice and well isolated from the noise of the street by a double window. The decoration was modern and cozy. After a long day walking outside in Firenze it was just amazing to have a hotel just across the street from the train station in Pisa. The next morning we had to go catch a plane very early and we were offered coffee while waiting for the taxi.

The hotel is a wonderful facility. The breakfast buffet was very good. I did not realize until arrival that it is located in an unsafe neighborhood. During daylight hours it is okay, but venturing out at night is not advised. I would have been better off staying closer to the Leaning Tower that had a nice tourist atmosphere in the evening.

Location, location, location - directly across from train station, less than 2 mins walk. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with double windows to block out any noise from the station. Walkable distance from Tower of Pisa, about 20 minutes strolling. Bags minded of check-out at no extra cost. Perfect for anyone using train or bus as main form of transport. Very slow check-in/out.

Almost everything was satisfactory. The hotel was, overall, clean and very attractive. Also, the front desk was generally, helpful, however, one person was short tempered and somewhat demeaning. He seemed to prefer to assist men, and was short and curt to women. All the other staff were delightful and extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, the hotel was more than I expected. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very quiet, even though we faced the train station. Loved the sleek black, white, and silver design. There was a small bit of mold in the shower.

It was in an ideal location and very clean. The rooms were excellent The staff on reception were unaware that the rooms had been paid for prior to arrival and we spent time discussing this issue before they accepted my view. I would expect this to be sorted out prior to checkout instead of having that sort of conversation in public

The location was excellent, just opposite the train station and the bus from the airport stops just outside the door. Excellent breakfast and the hotel lobby and breakfast areas are very modern. The room although it was clean it was very old, both furniture and interior. The hotel's lobby and breakfast rooms are very modern and nice but our room was like a room from another hotel. It had nothing to do with the rest of the building. My only explanation is that maybe they are refurbishing?

An ideal hotel for an over night stay. Very convenient being close to the station. An easy 30 minute walk to the leaning tower and close to the Airport about a 5 - 10 minute taxi drive. Room clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Very quiet due to double glazing. Staff very helpful.
