Bed very comfortable, bathroom setup good.

The wifi was non-existent and the staff did not care at all. Travelling for work, Best Western hotels are normally reasonably reliable, however this hotel is completely unsuitable. The breakfast buffet was very average compared to others in similar price ranges in Venice - aimed at large tour groups.

Breakfast choice was limited, first day no fruit juice and slow to replenish other items that ran out.

Location is brilliant, even a room with no canal view offered a nice view of some rooftop cafes and a pleasant Venice street view. Room was modest but fine for the location and decent cost.

Our bathroom had a serious funk about it, which probably comes down to poor plumbing. Otherwise staff were overworked and thus it was difficult to get more than a few seconds of their time. Internet which was meant to be available in the rooms was not available at all except in the lobby, and I get the sense that this was the norm.

Bedroom very small.

Hotel location is amazing although we had trouble finding it as Venice is a maze. But actually it is a mini-bridge away from San Marco and within the inner streets where all the restaurants and night hang-outs are.

Staff not friendly, the room was too small and old, internet not working well in rooms.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, ready to provide any possible assistance to the guests.

Some rooms are small, and some don't have a very good view, but that's Venice, other hotels in the area will be similar.

The hotel is right off San Marcos square and easy to get to from the vaporetto. Our room overlooked the gondolas and Hard Rock Café. Since it was early in the season, no mosquitos and no bad odor from the canal. Most of the things to see are at your doorstep and it is easy walking to other areas.

Gondoliers made the most noise with their banter between themselves, but were done as the sun went down. Rooms are cute, but dinky...I guess typical in Venice.

ONLY LOCATION AND ONLY.THE BEST LOCATION EVER IN VENICE. If you are lolling for location only, so this is the hotel as its located in the heart of San Marco which is the heart of Venice

Very bad services and bad staff and unhelpful. It's expensive as well and Extremely old hotel.

Location is great, the rooms overlooking the lagoon offer a good view.

Rooms are tiny for 2 persons, ancient furniture, shower area is terrible. Overpriced. In my openion, if one is spending more than one night in Venice, it is better to stay in a hotel in the nearby town "Mistre". hotels there are better and less pricely and it is just 5 min by train to Venice.

The location is very closed to San Marco and shopping street.

The hotel has two buildings and there is a bridge connected on the 2nd floor. Elevator is available only in the main building. We stayed on the 4th floor of the second building. We used the elevator to the second floor of the main building. Then, we had to carry the lugguage from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor. It can be noisy in the night.

-Booking options was not respected -staff's atitude -overcharged the bill -furniture very nice but not maintained in good condition

Location was fantastic. 10 seconds walk to St Marc's square, surrounded by canals, shops and restaurants. Room was basic but clean. Helpful staff.

A bit noisy from other rooms, wifi didn't work the whole 3 days, and they only ha it in the entrance halls, not the rooms.
