Surrounded by the unspoilt landscape of the Murgia Materana Nature Park, Hotel Cave del Sole is just outside Matera's historic centre. It offers en suite accommodation with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The rooms have a modern décor with minimalist furniture and interesting works of art of the walls. Some have a kitchenette. The apartment is 10 metres away and is complete with a kitchenette. Local produce including freshly baked bread and fresh fruit is served at the buffet breakfast. This can be enjoyed in the bright breakfast room overlooking the garden. Cave del Sole provides free parking and is 500 metres from the historic centre and a 3-minute drive from the Sassi di Matera. La struttura era nuovissima, curata, pulita e molto elegante. La gestione familiare aggiungeva calore alla garbata ospitalità. La camera era spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Il bagno bellissimo e funzionale, la presenza di un angolo cottura rende la struttura adatta a chi ha figli piccoli con esigenze alimentari dedicate.

Albergo di nuova costruzione, ben arredato e molto confortevole. Mancano solo piccolissimi accorgimenti, come la mancanza di una mensola in bagno per poggiare il beauty o dei posaceneri nella zona all'aperto per chi come me, purtroppo è fumatore. non ci sono cose negative

L'hotel era praticamente nuovo di zecca. Tutto molto bello, pulito ed elegante. La posizione ottima per visitare la città. Ci si trova praticamente a 500-600 metri dalla parte storica. Con la macchina 3-4 minuti sei nei sassi. Staff molto gentile. Unico neo, ma davvero quasi irrilevante, il fatto che la camera per la colazione è un pò piccola, pochi posti a sedere. Ma per il resto davvero tutto molto bello.

La struttura bella e accogliente. La colazione molto ricca e di ottima qualità. La posizione anche se decentrata permette facilemente di essere raggiunta e favorisce comodamente di raggiungere il centro della città. All'arrivo ci è stata offerta una camera che non rispondeva alla prenotazione. L'inconveniente è stato prontamente risolto, mettendoci a disposizone una camera tipo sweet.

Struttura di nuova costruzione. Camere pulite, eleganti e confortevoli. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ampio giardino dove fare una abbondante colazione e rilassarsi dopo la visita ai Sassi.

Lo stile d'arredo e la corte interna soleggiata e rilassante. Peccato il centro benessere non sia ancora funzionante, l'ambiente e' così rilassante che fa venire voglia di ulteriore relax.
