Everything!Location was great!The rooms were amazing.i was really impressed.It was very comfortable and we had a lot of space in the room so the children could even run around without disturbinmg us.All in all a super stay !would stay again

The fact that we had to move into a small ..extremely small room on the day of checkout!We had requested and paid for a late check out in advance. We were told that we will have to move rooms and this was a bit of a pain and bother as we had to pack up five bags belonging to children and move from our super room to a small cramped room with hardly any room for the five of us.It took a lot of time where we could have spent that on the city.As it rained on our first day especially when you want to make the most of your time ..this really wasted a lot of time for us

Executive rooms. Excelent design, quality sheets, very clean, renovated with a lot of taste and care for details. I felt ospitality and politness of the staff. Very good area for meetings and shopping, neae Via de la Spiga, Montenapoleone metro. I ve been three times by now in this hotel and each time I ll go in Milan, I will return to this place

Restaurant menu poor and poor room service. Not only the food, but the waither delver the food in bad condition(on a tray, not table cloth, not salt, not peper. When we placed the order they just listen and hang up without let us even finish. We could t order even the beverages. Mini bar is poor too. If you want ti drink a whisky for ex with your husband, you cant because it is only one for each kind of drink. Also not cola or pepsi light.

Good location. Spacious junior suite. Good renovation.

Poor breakfast. Omelette and sausages ended one hour before the end of breakfast. No fresh pastry in 4 star hotel. Room service does not work! The hotel guide says that room service works until 11 P.M. But it is closed already at 10 P.M.! For ten-day period of staying in junior suite the staff not once (!) renewed a soap, shampoo and shower gel. It is not 4 star hotel service.

I havestayed at Hotel Cavour over 30 times and I do it repeatedly because over the years, the surroundings and the ambience has become very familiar. As usual everyting was tip=top and there was nothing to complain about. r the sa I recommend Hotel Cavour for the same reason that I chose it.

All was good, and the situation good for walking everywhere to see what we wanted to as we'd never been to Milan before.

Our only complaint was that you took the money from our credit card before we'd even arrived, though we thought that we'd given the number on the understanding that it would be used when we left, not while we were still in England!

It was almost "-" temperature in the room

We stayed in the executive room so the luxurious room was easily our favourite thing. From the walk in wardrobe to the most comfortable bed I have slept in whilst travelling to the rain shower and big bath, it was perfect. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious, definitely worth 25 euros a head! The staff were reasonably helpful - recommend a great restaurant called il karmaine within easy walking distance.

The fact that ordering a "bucket" (bowl) of ice and two "champagne" (wine) glasses cost 7 euros just for room service! The 15 euro / 24 hr wifi was also a bit ridiculous considering the 4-star rating.

They charge 15 euros a day for internet wi-fi!! It's a shame, it must be free!!

Amenities are good and complete. The executive rooms are excellently designed with good quality furnishing. Size is good and complete with a large walk in closet as well.

номера не новые ,ремонт бы не помешал замок в номер я не могла открыть очень тяжело открывался , попросила ключи от нескольких комнат во всех так надо потрудиться что бы открыть замок пришлось просить его наладить , после этого открывался нормально In the rooms need renovation The door lock I cank open too difficult I am young girl!!!
