The hotel staff all spoke good English and were very helpful and polite. The room was very spacious and clean and although the hotel fronted onto a busy street, the quadruple glazing meant we couldn't hear even the faintest noise from passing cars. The buffet breakfast that was included in the room rate was exquiset and when I asked if I could have it in the room, it was no problem and didn't cost a cent extra! A five minute walk to the centre of Milan, and two stops on the Metro (€1) from the Statzione Centrale, it was a perfect location for a city break. There was nothing I did not like. |

I enjoyed very much its location (just near Via Montenapoleone) and its cleanliness. Good value for money. Not all the staff were very helpful and I have to say that the bathroom was quite small. I stayed in the rooms that were looking over the street and I have to say that when the lights are open, people from outside could see you easily.Probably, the breakfast could be more variant and richer. |

I thought the hotel was great value for money for such a central location! we were literally 2 minutes walk to all the great shopping and just a short 5 minute stroll to the the cathedral. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was lovely and the breakfast was nice also. Perfect to have a long weekend in the beautiful city of Milan without breaking the bank! There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel! |

This was my first holiday overseas. It's an ideal location for trips into the city centre, easily walkable to Il Duomo and La Scala. The staff made it very relaxed and means that I am already thinking about a return trip. |

perfect location, just at the beginning of the shopping streets 1) the room was in no smoking area but there was a strongest tabacco smell in the room that we even couldn't sleep. that's a pity of the hotel that don't care about their consumers and doesn't think about decent ventilation of the rooms offered to their guests. 2) the parking of the hotel is extremely expensive - 39 Eur per day. |

The rooms were very clean They didnt notice on the booking that we were a party of 3 my son aged 9 required a bed also but in the end we had to accept 2 seperate rooms. |

Its location was ideal for us. Near La scala, duomo etc. desk staff could be more helpfull with directions etc. but the bar man (indian), sorry dont know your name, was excellent and most helpfull with any questions we had. Thank you. Food very expensive. |

Comfort and decor. When we needed something done, the staff reacted really well to make it right. Waiting staff were excellent, bar staff were the best. Location really handy for travel around the city. |
