Dobre usytuowanie hotelu, dosyć miły personel Organizacja śniadań, sala zbyt mała na ilość gości, musieliśmy długo czekać na stolik, a personel nie starał się łagodzić sytuacji |

Idealna lokalizacja dla osób wybierających się na zakupy w rejonie Mediolańskiego złotego kwadratu. Doskonałe śniadania wraz z bardzo dobrą obsługą. Mimo pokoju wychodzącego na stronę ulicy, hałas był świetnie wytłumiony przez podwójny system okien. Rzecz rzadko spotykana, ostatnio widziałem takie rozwiązanie w Moskwie w jednym z hoteli Marriott. Obsługa w recepcji mogłaby być bardziej przyjemna dla gości. |

Hotel położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu, praktycznie 200 m od centrum Mediolanu, niedaleko od stacji metra. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. Sympatyczna obsługa. Wg. mnie hotel jest raczej 3 niż 4 gwiazdkowy. |

This was my first holiday overseas. It's an ideal location for trips into the city centre, easily walkable to Il Duomo and La Scala. The staff made it very relaxed and means that I am already thinking about a return trip. |

perfect location, just at the beginning of the shopping streets 1) the room was in no smoking area but there was a strongest tabacco smell in the room that we even couldn't sleep. that's a pity of the hotel that don't care about their consumers and doesn't think about decent ventilation of the rooms offered to their guests. 2) the parking of the hotel is extremely expensive - 39 Eur per day. |

The rooms were very clean They didnt notice on the booking that we were a party of 3 my son aged 9 required a bed also but in the end we had to accept 2 seperate rooms. |

Its location was ideal for us. Near La scala, duomo etc. desk staff could be more helpfull with directions etc. but the bar man (indian), sorry dont know your name, was excellent and most helpfull with any questions we had. Thank you. Food very expensive. |

The location is really great (next to via Monte Napoleone, Duomo, Pinacoteca di Brera...). Room with a very good size. Excelent breakfast. |

Comfort and decor. When we needed something done, the staff reacted really well to make it right. Waiting staff were excellent, bar staff were the best. Location really handy for travel around the city. |

The romm was rather spacious and very clean. The location is excellent for anyone on business or on a shopping trip to Milan. The buffet breakfast was also very good. |
