Milano'daki tüm önemli turistik yerlere, katedral, kale, alışveriş yerleri, tiyatro gibi çok yakın. Otel, odalar çok çok temiz. Personelin biraz daha kibar olması gerekli bence... |

This was my first holiday overseas. It's an ideal location for trips into the city centre, easily walkable to Il Duomo and La Scala. The staff made it very relaxed and means that I am already thinking about a return trip. |

perfect location, just at the beginning of the shopping streets 1) the room was in no smoking area but there was a strongest tabacco smell in the room that we even couldn't sleep. that's a pity of the hotel that don't care about their consumers and doesn't think about decent ventilation of the rooms offered to their guests. 2) the parking of the hotel is extremely expensive - 39 Eur per day. |

The rooms were very clean They didnt notice on the booking that we were a party of 3 my son aged 9 required a bed also but in the end we had to accept 2 seperate rooms. |

Its location was ideal for us. Near La scala, duomo etc. desk staff could be more helpfull with directions etc. but the bar man (indian), sorry dont know your name, was excellent and most helpfull with any questions we had. Thank you. Food very expensive. |

The location is really great (next to via Monte Napoleone, Duomo, Pinacoteca di Brera...). Room with a very good size. Excelent breakfast. |

Good location just 10 minutes walk to Duomo in the centre. Quiet room, very clean and nicely set up. Cooked breakfast with attentive staff. |

lovely bar area and excellent breakfasts Aircon was not working efficiently and room was on bus rd, so you could not sleep with window open. |

Comfort and decor. When we needed something done, the staff reacted really well to make it right. Waiting staff were excellent, bar staff were the best. Location really handy for travel around the city. |

The romm was rather spacious and very clean. The location is excellent for anyone on business or on a shopping trip to Milan. The buffet breakfast was also very good. |

it's confortable, it's really near center, very practical, good brakfast and exellant service durring breakfast staff on reception very unpleasant ( two alder man), hotel parking that we have to pay, it's private parking why do we have to pay for it??? |

Location was why we chose it and it was fine...while the room was small it was adequate....staff were fine as was the breakfast....nice to have some good healthy stuff on the road |

Breakfast buffet is of very high quality. Free Internet station in lobby and free printing on laser printer as well. The hotel staffs did not smile for the whole long 4 days that I've stayed. absolutely no smile, no eye contacts, not rude, but cold and impersonal responses. |

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Good for families especially if you book connecting rooms. We stayed during summer, the AC was not functioning very well. The rooms were somewhat warm. |

not a lot, very unfriendly staff. rude in behaviour and did not had a customer centred approach. We were very disappointed as a family. Thank fully our stay was for only 2 days. Would not recommed this hotel to famlies. airconditioning was poor. Staff attitude was rude and very uncareing. breakfast is not a four star standard. |
