Cefalù Sea Palace

La persona que estaba en la recepción cuando llegamos , que fue la misma que estaba cuando nos fuimos, era muy poco amable. La habitación no tenía ningun encanto, las alfombras eran dos toallas . El agua caliente no funcionaba bien, a veces tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría. No repusieron el gel ni el champú. El mando de la television no funcionaba, se limitaron a cambiar las pilas y seguía sin funcionar .Tuvimos que abonar el importe en efectivo ya que según el recepcionista las dos tarjetas que dimos no funcionaban, cosa que no era cierta, ya que después hicimos compras en otros establecimientos sin ningún problema.

En el desayuno deberian poner comida caliente : bacon, salchichas, huevos, etc.

Como arquitecto, detalles de disenio del edificio, carpinterias, banios, pisos, etc. Como usuario, la buena atencion del personal y su ubicacion.

A very pleasant hotel, lovely big rooms and stylish bathroom, located a little away from the busy centre but right on the seafront. Balconies provide good views.

We had a super stay in Cefalu. Cefalu Sea Palace is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The staff are great and very helpful. It's literally across the road from the sea and cefalu is an enjoyable 5 minute stroll away. Free wifi in lobby. Breakfasts are great. We stayed initially for 3 nights are were so impressed with Cefulu and it's lovely restaurants that we booked in for another 3. Well worth a visit.

new hotel and very clean, rooms are comfortable and breakfast was nice. Would stay here again and recommend this to anybody although it is quite pricey.

Booking.com description of rooms is not accurate, we booked a deluxe/superior room but the description according to the hotel staff of this was for a suite. Also very limited sat tv/cable as only BBC world news available.

Good location to old town and also the beach as well as a quiet location.

One or two of the reception staff were a little brusque and unfriendly.

The surrounding properties are shabby looking and detract from the setting of the hotel.

The location of the hotel. It was perfect for both going to the beach and for seeing the various sights in the area.

For summer time, very good location if you are with your family. Has its own seaside, marvellous sea..Pool is from sea water..Great view..There is a free a shuttle service to town center.

Hotel in general seems quite old. Needs some renovation. It could be good if hotel restaurant upgrades food quality.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Position oh hotel perfect on beach front and short stroll into town. Hotel beach area beautiful with great little bar.

This hotel is an absolute gem. It is in a beautiful position on the seafront, a short walk to the centre of Cefalu, with nearly all rooms having at least a partial sea view. The rooms are generously sized, very clean, bright, well designed and furnished. The hotel's design is also to a high standard and there are lots of pleasant architectural touches. The pool and bar area is also nice and relatively uncrowded, even in high season. The hotel's beach area is also magnificent. The best thing about the hotel however is the staff: very friendly, warm and professional. The hotel is very new (opened April 2009) and there are a few things which are still being learnt but service standards are generally kept very high by the owners.
