The location is good. Just a ten minute walk from the sm Novella train station and 10 to 15 minutes from the Duomo. The building is a lovely historical venue The shower was nice and roomy. The largest I've seen in any hotel. The breakfast buffet was decent relatively speaking. The fact that they charge for wi fi was a drawback. We could have stayed a lower priced b&b in the area since service didnt make up for the higher price at this hotel. Many of the front desk staff were aloof and not that willing to help. They dont offer any currency exchange.

The hotel was just a short walk from the center of Florence. A laundromat was just a block away. Staff helpful.

A quick 5 minute walk to the Train station and 10 minute walk to all major sights in Florence, Cellai hotel is a great deal. Our room was quite spacious with a very well appointed bath as well. Very accommodating staff--our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but they cleaned it so it was ready within a few minutes after our arrival. Rooftop "bar" was a let down. Not really a bar and the views weren't spectacular.

Zéér uitgebreid ontbijt , volledig naar Europese normen ! Super comfortabele bedden en kussens en kraaknet ! Authentiek en super ligging. Zéér gehorige kamers. WIFI aan 15 euro per dag is niet meer van deze prijs als je zo duur al betaald ....

Gli aspetti negativi di questo hotel sono purtroppo molteplici: la pulizia della camera inesistente (si sono limitati a rifare il letto), la rumorosita' delle stanze che danno sulla strada (senza I tappi non avremmo dormito), la colazione penosa (neanche un hotel a 2 stelle ha un buffet cosi' misero), alcuni dello staff poco gentili e quasi annoiati di essere li'. Insomma, da evitare.

L'hotel est très bien situé, à deux pas de la Plazza San Marco et de la Galleria Academia. Le chambre était très confortable et propre, bien qu'un peu petite. Personnel très serviable et multilingue, accueil chaleureux. La décoration de l'hôtel est cosy et de très bon goût, avec un plus pour le bar qui est superbe ! Terrasse sur le toit, très agréable pour prendre un verre en soirée. Bien que donnant sur la rue, nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit. Pour ajouter à cela, l'hôtel propose des vélos, prêtés selon disponibilités et préparés pour vous ! Dans l'ensemble nous avons été absolument satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel et si nous retournons à Florence, c'est celui-ci que nous prendrons ! Un petit bémol pour l'hôtel Cellai : la chambre, tout de même un peu petite. Et nous avons regretté l'absence d'un barman posté au bar au moins en soirée, car l'endroit est propice à un verre avant de sortir, mais il faut demander que quelqu'un vienne servir, ce qui est peu engageant !

Cadre chaleureux (on se sent comme chez des amis) et personnel très serviable. Wifi trop cher, pas de chaînes de TV internationnales. Chambre sur rue trop bruyante.

J'ai aimé l'ambiance" boutique hotel " La déco très recherchée,les femmes de chambres charmantes, mais il y a quelques détails qui nous ont choqués !!!! La salle du petit déjeuner trop petite et très mal agencée : impossible de passer entre les tables sans déranger les personnes installées, le personnel lui très désagréable , et le buffet pas à la hauteur de ce genre d'hotel. Le soir de notre départ nous avons du nous changer dans les wc près de la réception un endroit crasseux, pas représentatif de l'hotel, et en plus la femme qui était à la réception pas aimable du tout. A part cela , tout était bien. Pas normal du tout de payer la connection wifi : 15€ par jour en payant 200€ la chambre .....

Presenta un arredamento molto particolare, curato nei dettagli Avevo soggiornato precedentemente in quest'hotel e la camera che avevo avuto l'altra volta era piu' spaziosa di questa, che era un po' piccola, non c'era tanto spazio per muoversi

L'ho scelto per la vicinanza al Centro Storico di Firenze. Ottimo a livello logistico! Le "commodities" all'interno della camera abbastanza carenti per un hotel del genere (tv, frigo-bar, ecc...).
