L'exiguite de la salle du petit dejeuner et sa deco/ameublement, un peu juste pour ce niveau de prix

Tout d'abord la situation de l'hotel .60m de la fontaine de Trevi 7min du métro Barberini et tout les sites facilement accessible à pied. En fait mis à part le Vatican ,tout se fait en baladant. Ensuite Emanuelletout le charme de ce B and B repose sur la gentillesse et la disponibilité de ce garçon. Il a téléphoné pour nous pour réservé l'entrée de la villa Borghèse. L'adresse de resto IL CHIANTI en face en sortant de l'immeuble est excellente(dans ce quartier les resto "à touristes "sont légions et sont rarement bons. La qualité de la literie . Le petit déjeuner.

Personnel très serviable et très sympathique.Trés bien situé à 2 pas de la fontaine de Trévi.Calme absolu alors qu'on est en plein centre de Rome.Si vous venez en voiture, parking couvert un peu éloigné.

Tout! La situation, d'abord, juste à côté de la Fontaine de Trévi. L'accueil très chaleureux et professionnel d'Emmanuele Cenci, l'infrastructure, le petit déj, le côté "clean et vaste" de la chambre... Parfait à tout point de vue!

Cencil B&B is very central, making it convenient to walk to most places of interest. It is extremely clean, which I am very particular about in any place I stay. The rooms are very comfortable with amenities provided and a good choice of food is made available for breakfast. Airport transfer by cab will be arranged by the staff if requested. The staff are extremely helpful & I would recommend the place to any tourist.

I didn't like the fact that no staff is present on the premises in the evening.

The location of this B&B is fantastic, with the Trevi Fountain literally around the corner. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty every morning. Staff were accommodating and helpful - we managed to stay an extra night too.

Lovely welcome, beautifully designed room,nice bathroom with rainshower. The breakfast was excellent for Italian norms! Around the corner is the Trevi fountain, but no noise at night. This B&B is in the centre of everything and is just perfect for a young couple or friends.

The owner, Emanuele, and the staff: all exteremely helpful !

Did not inform me until check out that AmEx was not accepted. You have to carry several keys including the building door, elevator, apartment, room and electricity (5 keys!). Staff is mostly absent so in case of a problem... Also my room faced another building's that was a few feet away--- > no privacy

We loved the location! It is only around the corner to the Fontana Trevi which has a life all its own. We loved sitting on the steps in the evening after dinner - interesting people and beautiful scenery. We loved the quality of sheets on the beds! Oh wow, wonderful. We had a wonderful bathroom and the room was comfortable. The continental breakfast each morning was filling and there were lots of choices.

Being on the second floor, we had five or six keys which we had to use to get us in and out doorways throughout the building. One for the elevator as well. It was confusing although the keys were numbered. The most obvious thing we did not like was that there was no one there to help us with questions or requests. Breakfast, there was either Emanuele or a woman who cleaned the rooms. Other than that, we saw no one, could not reach anyone in the hotel. Our flights were canceled during the Hurricane Sandy storm and there was no telephone in the hotel. I asked the young woman in the breakfast room and she told me to go out on the street and use a pay phone. I know this B&B gets rave reviews, but I don't believe these items would make me rate it as anything other than fair.

Location is great.Emanuele is superb host, ask and he will immediately help more than you think. Room is new, clean and for this price at few steps to Trevi I am really happy with Cenci B&B.

I selected Cenci b&b based upon its loaction. It by far exceeded my expectations. Location is amazing. Emmanuel cenci is most helpful and accomodating- he had time to assist us with all our queries and even though he does not live on site himself when I requested his help one evening he came to my assistance within 15 minutes. The room was fabulous and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful and our every need was catered for. Also, we had access to tea/coffee making facilities at all times. I have no reservations about recommending Cenci b&B.

This was our honeymoon (gay couple) and Emanuele and his staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. They proposed someone to pick us up from the airport and for 48€ I strongly recommend it, especially after a long flight. The B&B is close to all the sites if you are use to walking. The Trevi fountain is just around the corner and Il Chiante (the restaurant right on the corner) is the best food we had in Rome. We would stay there again hands down. Thank you Cenci.

I was extremely positively surprised with Cenci. I do travel a lot but this was my first stay at a bed and breakfast. I chose Cenci because of good reviews and perfect location - and we couldn't have chosen better. Everything was great - the room was a very good hotel standard plus personal care from the owner. We felt like having an own apartment in a middle of Rome - even better than a hotel room due to a common area where one could sit during siesta time and have a glass of wine or a cup of tea. Fantastic! If I will go to Rome again - I will definitely choose Cenci!

Nothing! Rome was very hot during our stay (a bit unlucky due to a heat wave of 40 degrees plus). I plan on coming back to rome one day in Autumn/Spring period - and will choose Cenci again.

The location is perfest-just 100 metres from Trevi fountain, 7 min from Spagna, 10 min from Coliseum, even from Vatican it's just 40 min to go.The owner Mr.Emanuele is really perfectly polite-he will help you with transfer and luggage,he'll show u on the map best places to see and nice restaurants to eat.Every morning you'll have a perfect full breakfast and delicious coffe.The room was really celan,they change towels evety day,in the bathroom u'll find shampoo,showergel,u'll have sleepers also.The aircondition worked excellent-it was more than 40 degreess C,but in the room was really comfortable temperature.i can really recomend this hotel for everyone, and want to thanks Mr. Emanuele again for ower perfect holidays!!!
