The location both geographically and the immediate vicinicty were excellent. The Hotel is positioned on the cliff top with steps leading down to a private beach. The nearby local town offers many superb restaurants and a small harbour offering boat trips to San Fruttuoso and Portofino etc.

Our room was fairly average - smelt of damp and the bathroom was very small and not 4 star. We were paying 230 euros a night at an off-peak time, so you are definitely paying for the location of this hotel. Decor is a bit dated, but pleasant in an old fashioned way. The tennis court was used as an overflow car park, so no sports facilities beyond the pool and beach; no gym.

Great position; variety of places to relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Very comfortable and altogether a lovely experience.

However, for a hotel of this category we had two complaints (minor in the context of the whole.experience.) First, some of the male waiting staff were unfriendly, disdainful, made one feel uncomfortable - just didnt know how to smile and be welcoming. They appeared bored and unhappy with their jobs. Second, the room televisions are totally inadequate. They are excessively small in relation to the distance from the viewing positions and the range of programmes is extremely limited - particularly in English. OK for a two star hotel maybe..

Good location , pleasant stuff, nice room, very tasty restaurant. Hotel have privat beach and sweming pool. Room is light and clean, big size with nice view.

Loved this hotel. The location was amazing with sensational views from every part of the hotel. With 3 restaurants and all the facilities we needed it was sensational. The staff were very attentive and helpful all with perfect English which helped us as we only speak a little Italian. Highly recommend to anyone.

Location was great, with easy pedestrian access to the charming seaside town. The room (a triple) was outstanding in both quality and size. The staff were not pushy, and were responsive and helpful. Food was perfect, and great value.

The parking was quite casual and unorganized, with cars being moved around to make more space. Although apparently secure, we were worried about our valuable car being moved around and/or damaged. That said, once we made a point about not moving the car, this was readily accepted and we did not experience any actual damage. Furthermore we very much appreciated the cooperation, friendliness and helpfulness of the car park attendant.

The location overlooking Camogli bay is terrific, and very close to Portofino.

On arrival we were given a very poor quality room. The decor and furniture did not match to the images on the web site, the room was unacceptable. We were forced to pay a signicant uplift for a room as advertised on hotel web site. I would only recommend this hotel to travellers willing to upgrade.

the location is without doubt the best in Camogli. The food is excellent.The staff are pleasant and efficient. Thev ibe is laid back . Very relaxinf spot

I chose this hotel to stay for a night with friends from Switzerland who have stayed there before. The view from the terraces along the spectacular coast was good. It was very easy to walk into the resort centre. The parking of your car in the hotel parking.

The reception staff were friendly but the bar staff quite inattentive. The disfunction shower facilities in my single room not acceptable for the cost of the hotel.

This is a first rate hotel, luxurious and in a beautiful setting. The staff is gracious and extraordinarily helpful, and they make their guests feel welcome and at ease. Rooms are large and comfortable with every amenity. We had a room with a seaview. Bella! Breakfast is served in a beautiful, elegant dining room overlooking the sea with wide, sweeping views. Breakfast is wonderful - extensive choices and well prepared.
