How it is situated, the parking, good facilitis. Friendly en helpfully staff at reception. The wifi, didn't work at the room and very slow or bad connection in the lobby. The use off the SKIUMA should be free for the hotelguests, or there must be a discount, allso for the massage.

I use Zanhotel 6 times yearly due to business. I am always fully satisfied! If ihave to say something and be fussy, I will ask waiting staff at breakfast to be more helpful and alert!

Facilities were excellent. Location was perfect for me as it was close to the centregross. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Reception staff could have been a little more helpful. Not very welcoming.

heel mooie kamers en badkamers. en een pluspunt is de spa...na een dag in centergross kun je s´avonds ontspannen in de spa. er was een avondbuffet op zaterdagavond. Dat was duur en er was weinig keuze. de gerechten op het buffet waren wel lekker

La camera, le finiture, I servizi e il ristorante. Nell'hotel niente di negativo, ma nel fine settimana non ci sono mezzi pubblici per Bologna e si deve usare il taxi.

La cena serale a buffett è un veo squallore , sia per la poca dispibilità dei camerieri sia per la qualità del cibo serivito freddo persino la pasta ! In conclusione buona la struttura e soprattutto comoda per chi deve lavorare come me al Centergross, ma per un quattro stelle siamo veramente ai minimi sindacali.....
