Staff is Great as is the Location. The facilities are clean and Quaint.

Delightful,helpful staff. Great loction.

The shower was extremely small. If you dropped the soap, there was no room to bend down to pick it up.

Very friendly owner and family who could not do enough for you. Great location, 1 minute from waterfront. Good size rooms. Small shower but hey this is Europe. Breaky was good, cereal, pastries, friut, and great coffee.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are small, but comfortable, breakfast is fine, personal is responsive and friendly. Close to lakeside and main shopping street.

Everything! The staff are so helpful, the cleaning team works hard to keep the rooms spotless, breakfast is very copious, the hotel is extremely well-situated and I just love the inner courtyard! There is also a laptop for guests to use, free of charge. The hotel owner has a great sense of humour and his sons were very patient when I practised my Italian with them! It is a smallish hotel and it feels cosy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only the fact that there are 63 steps to get to it but there is another way round: use the road at the top and go down; there are just a few steps on the way down. But, really, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Friendly, family atmosphere.

Hotel is family-run, excellent personable service. The main way leading to hotel was a flight of stairs, which is quite daunting if you have big pieces of luggage. But once you reach the top, all felt worth it as you get greeted by a cosy, homey sight. We stayed on top floor, we could have a peek at lake view thru our window, nice. Bellagio is a lovely place, perfect for a short getaway!

Room was basic but very clean. Stairs to hotel can be quite daunting for those with luggage. But there's alternative (longer) route available with no steps. Ask hotel for advice. Hotel has lift, hence not a problem anymore once you checked.

Everything about it. Owners and operators Giacomo, Michele and Marcello were an invaluable source of help. To me, Hotel Centrale represents first-class hospitality.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They are 2 sons and their father and have owned the building for many years. It was recently renovated and was in great condition. It's not fancy, but very comfortable and they serve a wonderful breakfast buffet (included in the price of the room) and provided us with great tips for restaurants and things to see in the area.

The staff were very helpful, giving us information on local walks, ferries, how to get back to the airports.

Wenig Ablagefläche für Kleider. Schrank hatte keine Bretter und Unterteilungen.

A mi gusto, Bellagio es el más hermoso lugar que vi de Italia (y recorri todas las ciudades importantes mas algunos pueblos) es bellisimo
