The location is right in the middle of the old center, which makes everything accessible. The hospitality of the staff is impressive - they are friendly and provide good information and good service. The rooms are kept very clean and the bathroom was nicely done in blue tile - esthetically pleasing while also practical and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. All in all a very good experience. |

Everything. This hotel has a perfect location coupled with all the amenities. I enjoyed this hotel more than any in my three week trip. My room even had a bathtub. After walking for weeks this was such a luxury. I love Hotel Centrale Byron. Not a single thing. They even loaned me a bicycle. |

The location is excellent for downtown. The Hotel puts you in the center of the city covenient to the market, shopping restaurants etc. It was very comfortable with a great staff, very nice breakfast buffet and services. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. Getting to the door was challenging if you had a car but the staff helped greatly and the stay was well worth the effort. |

We really liked Ravenna, but the hotel was not one of our favourites... Location is really good. Poor staff and breakfast, rooms (and hotel!) from 70's, if you like nostalgy you might like this hotel... does not meet the modern (/normal) standards, rooms really small, bathroom terrible and was not as clean as it should have been. I would not recommend this hotel. |

The multilingual staff, the excellent buffet breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel and its central location. I left a book behind in the room and they kindly sent it to me. |

Friendly, helpful staff, nice atmosphere, rooms ok, position perfect for sightseeing (very central) good breakfast. There was no restaurant (except for breakfast) and no room service but we were spoiled for choice by the many restaurants and cafes close by. The bathroom was adequate and there was plenty of hot water but the shower was on the small side and had only a curtain, not a glass partition so water tended to end up on the floor instead of in the shower tray. |

Staff was very helpful. The breakfast featured some of the best Parma ham I have ever had. We went to Ravenna to see the mosaics and they were well worth the detour from Venice to Florence. We booked the double junior which was the least expensive room. If I were doing it over,I would book a standard double as the room was very small. |

My room was well equipped and very clean. Wi Fi time was free but had to be requested every time which made it a little frustrating. The staff were very helpful and obliging. The hotel is valiantly keeping up its standards in what seems to be a declining neighbourhood. The video arcade three doors away, the loud groups of students, the beggars, graffiti etc make the location less than desirable. However, the hotel brass is polished, the glass doors gleam and the breakfast is very good. |
