Location, parking inside hotel. If you plan come to this hotel by car, please pay attention to bad situation with parking. The hotel place on the one-way street (second way for public transport and transport), you can stay car on the square which very close to the hotel. |

nice location, middle of city center we booked a promotion (!!), and stayed in a very small room, that was not clean, with a bad smell. The hotel should warn people that the promotional room is not as nice as the other rooms. My advice: don't book a promo in this hotel |

Very good hotel in the centre of the city. room 121 extremely noisy at every hour of day and night because close to the gate of the hotel parking. avoid this room if you wake up easily because of noises. |

Rooms were very elegant and comfortable. I loved that the building was old and atmospheric, yet the services and amentites were extremely modern and up to date. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. Excellent food with a lovely view. The service in the breakfast room wasn't the best, but then it was quite busy. |

Very Central location. Elegant atmosphere, cool and quiet. Excellent breakfast. However we think this Hotel is resting on its laurels. Did not like our room, due to it being on central well above breakfast room, noise from the extraction system in the well was very disturbing, meant we could not open our window at night. It was also dark. Shower cubicle too small. We were very disappointed that one of the breakfast rooms was screened off. Everyone was herded into the first room. Worse- this room was our favourite, with a beautiful painted ceiling and large windows. The shutters had been closed and so we ate in electric light, we were subjected to soul music which is inappropriate and irritating, ruined our breakfast- we were not given an explanation as to why the room was closed off, a bit like off peak public toilets! Bar shabby and unwelcoming-also empty. |

We were very impressed by the elegance of the Hotel, really looking like an antique palace, yet nicely modernized: very high ceilings, marble everywhere on the floor, marble stairs, chandeliers, mirrors, double windows, air conditioning. I also recommend the breakfast buffet, particularly tasty. All this is offered at a quality/.price ratio which I consider as excellent. The location is also very nice, due to the proximity of the nice "Pretoria" fountain, the San Cataldo church, and the cathedral. There is a nice restaurant on the terrace, but its prices are rather high, and are not indicated at the entrance. |

The hotel was stunning, beautiful decadent lounges, great roof terrace and the rooms were very suitable. However the staff failed the hotel, we got some eye rolling from the bell boy and the reception staff were'nt the most friendly. |

Central location, nice classic furniture, old world feeling No views from the rooms, not even the junior suite, next building too close and falling apart. |

A beautifully restored historic building, very well situated for visiting historic Palermo. particularly lovely and comfortable bar with a good choice of drinks and a fantastic barman. Noise of garage doors opening and closing early in morning |

Its location (you can walk to all the main cultural sights), the room facilities, and the standard of the daily room cleaning. Information provided by the concierge service was somewhat limited and occasionally inaccurate. |

Loved the beauty of the building and the central location. I would like more lighting in the room. |

Quinto Canto Hotel is set right in the middle of Palermo’s historic centre, at the Quattro Canti crossroads. You can enjoy wellness facilities in this beautifully restored 16th-century building. |
Savour a rich breakfast from the rooftop terrace of Hotel Porta Felice in central Palermo, where you will be near Foro Italico, the Botanical Gardens, and the seaside promenade. |
Hotel Ambasciatori is located in Palermo’s city centre, just 200 metres from the central station and a 10 minute walk from both the port and the city’s major landmarks. |
You could not find a better location in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo. Grande Albergo Sole is set next to the piazza of Quattro Canti. |
