The location was great, very good breakfast and staff was very helpful and kind.(especially David)
Lovely place. Comfy.
A little noisy.
Perfect location. Friendly staff. OK rooms. Nice bathroom.
Safetybox too small for a laptop.
Rude staff and not helpful, bedding not clean, very basic breakfast
We want to mention David specially. He went out of his way to help us have a good experience at this hotel. He is a customer service natural.
The wifi was somewhat unreliable.
Location in a small pedestrian street. Charming old property.
The room was small. There was only white bread at breakfast. There were neither tomato slices nor cucumber slices at breakfast. Freshly pressed orange juice would be nice instead of the juice from the machine. The bus to town along Via del Corso didn't go on Sunday.
Nice little affordable hotel. Good for a couple of nights. Clean. Good wi-fi and breakfast
Very small room. Unsuitable for big people. Bad reading light and bad choice tv channels
The saff always went beyond the normal to assist in all respects. The hotel was within easy walking distance of most attactions with metro close by for others, However we walked everywhere. A perfect location for Rome city centre.
The room was on the small side and the shower was so small it was almost impossible to use (2 foot 6 square you decide). Other things made up for this.
location, breakfast, staff
size of the room
Location was good, but this was about it (close to all the shopping areas, fancy and not so fancy, so probably perfect for shopping tour)
To be honest when I got in our room I went directly to check whether I am in the hotel I was booking and whether comments and pictures match. The rooms was supper small with the view on the outer street, which is still the side street, but we could hear all the sounds from both main streets that were near. Room was also very small with even smaller bathroom, not even a place to hand your towel while in the shower. We could also hear all the sounds from neighbouring rooms and corridor, we happened to leave next to young couple that was coming from parties early morning. Checking in took long time which made me think something was wrong and when I went one evening to ask to print the boarding pass, there were some people at reception and it took hours before their issue was resolved (luckily I didn't stay and came back in the morning) And last but not least, breakfast I consider was poor. Just basic bread, cheese and meat, and some pastries. Not even fresh cappuccino... By the moment I arrived to the hotel I was travelling a week in Italy and was lucky to stay in good places, but this unfortunately was not the best end to my holidays.
