good central location, quiet rooms, bikes were available free of charge (apparently provided by the city, not the hotel), staff tries to be helpful but has difficulties with foreign languages credit card payment was impossible at the time; the room had only one window opening to (what was essentially) an open air corridor so it was quite dark (all rooms seem accessible by an open air staircase and galleries surrounding an internal courtyard), staff showed no initiative to inform us that we can use the free bikes, but was helpful once we noticed them and asked to use them |

La disponibilità del personale mi ha fatto sentire di essere in famiglia. La sua posizione è davvero centrale e comoda per visitare la città, ma anche per arrivare al porto e da qui imbarcarsi per le isole Egadi. La via dove si affaccia è silenziosissima e nei dintorni ci sono bar e ristoranti che permettono di mangiare a buon prezzo. Premesso che ci tornerei anche domani, l'unica osservazione che faccio (quindi non è una critica) è che la colazione è tipicamente all'italiana (brioches e caffè o cappuccino), mentre negli altri paesi europei (soprattutto nord europa) viene servita come fosse un vero e proprio pasto mettendo a disposizione del cliente sia il dolce che il salato. Mi piacerebbe che anche in Italia fosse data la possibilità di poter scegliere cosa voler mangiare la mattina. |

simpele, maar hele schone kamer, alles netjes onderhouden. Volgens het personeel was de afstand tot het strand slechts 3 km., maar dat bleek minstens 6 km. te zijn. Lopend is dus niet aan te raden. |

zeer centraal én zeer rustig gelegen - personeel was vriendelijk inmiddels is ontbijt inbegrepen. Dit vindt laats op plm. 200 mtr lopen van het hotel. Is v.a. 7.00 uur mogelijk. Wij waren daar 6.55 uur aanwezig. Aangezien wij om 7.30 nog geen ontbijt hadden gekregen en het vliegtijg moesten halen, hebben we daar geen ontbijt genomen. En hadden dus extra kosten. |

Es liegt zentral, mit einem hübschen Innenhof an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten Marsalas sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Es ist etwas hellhörig, Geräusche wie das Strömen von Wasser waren etwas störend. |

La situation dans Marsala, la présence d'un parking, indispensable dans cette ville si l'on a une voiture. L'hotel est situé dans une petite rue très calme. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café et est un peu léger. |
