Great and convenient place to stay! Just a few minutes away from the center of Florence which is easily accessible by bus. The hotel is just as pictured on their website and the family running it is extremely friendly and helpful. They make you feel like a friend of the family. Breakfast was great and the choice of surrounding restaurants for dinner was plentiful. I had a good time! In the evening I sat around in the lobby using the wireless internet access to get in touch with friends and family while having a smooth cappuccino. I'd say overall for the money it was a phenomenal deal. I am sure I'll be back!

We did have a room that didn't smell well for problems with the canalisation. They changed the room and gave us a better one. Charge was the same. So we were satisfied. The bath is very old standard but for the price ok

A very central no frills hotel, ideal for an overnight stay. It is almost impossible to get to by car. It is situated in the midst of a network of one-way streets and "no entry" streets making it very difficult to find.

Ideal location - but later in the evening, there are no food/drink facilities & the night porter had no English but, was as helpful as he could be Location was perfect for our needs but, car parking was not next to the hotel!

When arriving I asked very politely why I had to pay once more in cash after I already booked by internet and payed by credit card. The responsible person of the hotel started yelling in a very rude way for over 10 minutes when asked for an explanation.

Posizione veramente piacevole in una piazzetta centrale di campi bisenzio. Veramente cordiali e gentilissimi tutto lo staff dell'hotel Lo consiglio x trascorrere giusto un paio di notti. è molto essenziale, ma x una breve sosta è ottimo

j ai beaucoup apprécié cet hotel pour son acceuil chaleureux , les bons conseils pour les visites ;également les bonnes adresses pour les restos. Le seul bémol la 1 er fois s est de si rendre. Je conseil aux gens de noter sur leur gps place ballerina a campi bisenzio

Presenza di parcheggio gratuito non distante dall'albergo. Zona tranquilla, stanza accogliente. Zanzare fastidiose (ma basta chiedere l'apposito fornello alla reception qualora non fosse già presente nel cassetto della scrivania)

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr fruendlich, Familienbetrieb. Das Hotel befindet sich genau an einem grossen Platz, sehr angenehm.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer eignet sich zum Übernachten, ist aber kein Luxus.

Ottima soluzione per visitare firenze e dintorni stando tranquilli in un bel paese di provincia. Struttura accogliente ma bagno poco riscaldato. Necessaria l'auto per spostarsi. Ci siamo trovati bene. Bagno poco riscaldato.

Hotel in pieno centro storico di Campi Bisenzio,a pochi km da Firenze raggiungibile con I mezzi pubbici.La conduzione familiare,la cortesia e la massima disponibilità sono il punto di forza dell'hotel.Stanze pulite ed accoglienti,lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ambiente accogliente, comodo e ben servito per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico di Firenze. Cortesia e grande disponibilità del personale di servizio. Molto simpatica e carina la direttrice. Ti trattano come se fossi di famiglia! Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Siamo stati davvero bene e se dovessimo tornare sicuramente questa è la prima scelta. Lo consigliamo a tutti anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Letto comodo, rapporto qualità/prezzo, colazione non a buffet ma abbondante Non è a firenze e si sapeva, bisogna stare attenti all'autobus (vicino all'hotel) per evitare di passare la fermata corretta ed essere portati in periferita. Presa elettrica scoperta vicino alla doccia (non protetta da tenda), la maggior parte dei canali della televisione (Eccetto quelli regionali) hanno pochissimo segnale, e praticamente impediscono di vedere la tv

Camera sileziosa. Un po troppo (troppo!) datato, un minimo di rinnovamento ci vorrebbe proprio. Nel bagno il bidet era incastrato tra il wc e la doccia, praticamente era li solo per figura perche non era possibile usarlo.

“Excellent Hotel. I couldn't believe that for so little money i could find such a beautiful hotel for my stay in Florence. The hotel is just 2 km from the city center. The room, very cozy, so modern designed, very comfortable, clean, the furniture brand new and the free WiFi extremely fast. A huge balcony with a breathtaking view to an ancient tower and the Florence hill. The staff very polite and ready to help you with any kind of information. Generally i am completely satisfied.
