une façon très intéressante et dépaysante de découvrir le centre historique de Naples un grand merci à Sylvia notre hôtesse pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité

Je vous recommande cet établissement : pour son accueil chaleureux, les bons petits déjeuners le matin, la situation géographique (en plein coeur du quartier typique du vieux Naples et à 20 minutes de marche de la Gare et du port pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter Pompéi et Capri).

Hôtel central dans un quartier agréable, centre historique, restaurants à proximité .

Hôtel très bruyant mais c'est Naples..., la propreté de la chambre est insuffisante, salle de bains nettoyée grossièrement , petit déjeuner pris en 10 minutes car insuffisant, café ou thé , croissant , biscuit italien , biscottes et confiture. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits mais 3 nuits est un maximum compte tenu des prestations apportées, bed and breakfast surnoté compte tenu du changement récent de l'hôte.

The lady who was in charge of the place(Paola) was absolutely brilliant!! My friend got food poisoning and we had to miss our flight home. I only speak a few basic words of Italian and we had to get a doctor out for insurance purposes. She called a doctor, came over to the b&b so that she could interpret, she took me to a shop to photocopy and fax some necessary documents, made various phone calls for me including booking another flight home & cancelling our taxi and stayed for several hours. She behaved more like a friend. Honestly she couldn't have done more for us. I felt so supported by her when I was out of my comfort zone. The b&b was really charming and quirky. It had amazing photographs on the walls, was tastefully decorated, you could help yourself to tea & coffee, and it felt like really living in Naples; not just staying in some characterless hotel.

The beds weren't very comfortable at all. Apparently they were orthopaedic mattresses, but I have never slept on anything so hard!

Centro Antico was very clean and comfortable. Sylvia was an amazing host and I really enjoyed staying there because of her wonderful hospitality. She was very helpful with directions and overall knowledge of Naples. The croissants, toast and coffee for breakfast were great as well.

The location was excellent. Right in the centre of the historical centre of napels.

The first morning the hotel was not able to provide breakfast and the owner asked us to go to a local bar with a voucher. The bar was a 3 minute walk away from the hotel. The room we stayed in was quite small and the tv was tiny. The hotel is quite noisey due to the stairwell that dominates. The owner was very friendly though and kept in email contact with us up until we arrived. We had to share our breakfast table with all the other guests. Would have preferred breakfast in our room.

Centro Antico is a first-class b&b located in the vibrant Centro Storico area of Naples. Sylvia, the manager, was very friendly and welcoming, and helped to make our stay memorable. If you want to spend some time in the real Naples, this place is perfectly located. You step out of the door and onto the teeming, lively, atmospheric lanes of this often misunderstood Italian city. The en-suite rooms are nicely decked out in a North African fashion which suits the surrounding area very well. The continental style breakfast is simple but adequate with good Italian coffee to start.

Good location in the historic centre of Naples. Surprisingly quiet thanks to efficient modern windows.

1) When we arrived, the owner was not there in spite of our having emailed her the day before with our estimated arrival time (which turned out to be correct). We had to phone her at our own expense. 2) Cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom, was poor. There was dust and someone's hair on the floor. The glass tumbler and soap dish had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. We also suspected the floor mat was dirty. 3) We were in the twin-bedded room but managed to look into one of the double rooms, which seemed much better. Our room was dark with a low ceiling and poor lighting.

At first glance you think you're in a bad part of town, but when we had been there for a few days we realized we were in the middle of real Napoli. We were near a University so there was a lot of noise on Friday night, but quiet on Saturday night. Stores and restaurants open all around and people lived in the area. One gets used to the location, trash was not bad in the immediate area, and no seediness around. Located 3 blocks from the bus station. Main streets well within walking distance. Nice breakfast. Had access to kitchen, extra towels, etc.

Needs a fan for the room - no a/c. Intermittent cleaning by "staff."

Silvia the owner met us to explain everything and went out of her way to provide us with some early fruit, bread and coffee for us to help ourselves to breakfast at 4.30am. Very central position and gave a real feel of life in Naples.

No air conditioning and plug on fan broke so we were unable to use fan at night which meant it was hot for first few hours. With window open in our room which overlooked central courtyard it was noisy until about 12pm. The plug breakage however could happen at any time so was just unfortunate on that night and I am sure Silvia would have repaired it the next day.

Absolutely fantastic, can highly recommend it. Clean and comfortable room, great breakfast and Laura the host was a lovely lady. Near all the main sights, Piazza Bellini, Chapel San Severo and only a 10 minute walk to the metro. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Laura.

No air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room. Also, and it's not a complaint as most evenings I was too tired to watch, there was a very bad signal on the television. But all in all a very positive stay.

Very friendly staff offering tips travelling around Naples and the transport method to Capri. VERY good location , 15 min walks to the pier for Capri. supermarket and some top listed resturants are only 5 mins walk .

Laura, the host, was fantastic! She went out of her way to make our stay really comfortable! The room was lovely an big. The bathroom was very clean and a comfortable size. Great location, right in the heart of historical Naples (which is such a great area to surround yourself with!).

The only negative thing I can say is that there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans. However, when we asked Laura she gave us one of her fans for our room, which kept it cool enough. It is also a little tricky to find, but our taxi driver far Laura a call and she explained to him how to get there with no trouble.

Nice, comfortable and clean B&B. In centre of town close to virtually everything of touristic interest. The rooms are freshly renovated and decorated in a sort of arabic style which fits well to the 16th century architecture of the house. The host was very helpful and friendly. Good italian-style breakfast.

La signora Paola che gestisce il B&B é stata molto cortese e disponibile.

Poca scelta a colazione. Le frolle erano divine ma a mio marito non piacciono e quindi andava prevista un'alternativa a parte le fette biscottate.

Posizione strategica, nel cuore del centro storico, comoda per girare a piedi la città. A 10 minuti di taxi dalla Stazione Centrale (12/14 euro di taxi) e 15 minuti a piedi dal Molo Beverello. La camera in cui siamo stati era quella più piccola e dava sull'interno del cortile (quindi silenziosissima) ma comunque ampia, pulita e arredata con molto stile e cura dei particolari; lo stesso si può dire per il bagno. Abbiamo fatto ottime colazioni con sfogliatelle, fette biscottate, marmellata, caffè, latte e cappuccino. Da menzionare la cordialità, la simpatia, l'efficienza e la disponibilità di Paola (mi ha spedito a casa una giacca che avevo dimenticato): una testimonianza della vera ospitalità partenopea!.

Tutto! La Signora Paola ci ha accolti in modo impeccabile facendoci trovare una stanza pulita e accogliente e al mattino una magnifica colazione con sfogliatella!

очень уютный номер, непосредственно в историческом центре города (правда найти улицу сложновато в этих лабиринтах).

La posizione è ottima in pieno centro, le camere sono molto pulite, ci siamo sentite come a casa. Un grazie in particolare alla signora Paola che è stata molto gentile e disponibile
