kleines und einfaches Hotel mit sehr zetraler Lage zum Zentrum. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhaeltnis. Wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet, ist es sehr empfehlenswert

Wenn man zur Strasse wohnt, ist es doch in der Nacht laut - nur bei geoeffneten Fenster

Sehr gute Lage! Zu Fuß gut vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen, wenige Minuten bis zum Dom. Freundliches Personal. Kleines Frühstück mit Müsli, versch. Brotsorten und Marmeladen, Honig und Kuchen. Das Zimmer ist einfach eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Kleines Bad, aber ausreichend, gute Betten. Insgesamt bessere Ausstattung als manche Drei-Sterne-Hotels! (Z.B. Flachbildschirm- TV). Täglich frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche wurde nach zwei Tagen gewechselt. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in einem kleinen (16 Zimmer auf zwei Etagen) familiären Hotel.

Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig, was aber nur bei "lautstarken" Nachbarn eine Rolle spielt. Die Fenster schließen schlecht. Ruhestörungen gibt es aufgrund von Verkehr kaum (zwischen 23 und 7Uhr), aber Fußgänger, die in Gruppen ausgelassen durch die Stadt ziehen, stören die Nachtruhe deutlich.

The breakfast could be better, specially the bread (only one kind). The room was too hot and you needed to pay more for the air conditining (even when it says it's included). The bed was too noisy and we woke anytime we moved.

It was quite cosy , the room was relatively warm , and the bath has hot water running throughout the day. The breakfast hours were convenient.

The blankets were not adequately clean , the insulation of the walls was bad, the access on the second floor was only available through the elevator , and the staff , because of incompetent english , misunderstood our request with regard to the way of payment and became very rude .

Room needs renovation

The location was perfect excactly in the heart of the historic city of Florence staff was very friendly and willing to help explain and even direct us in the city the rooms are very small but tidy and clean.

I liked the location since it was extremely close to main areas. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was extremely small with very little space to move and the bed was 150cm wide for a double room. I had around 10 mosquito bites in the first night although the window was closed! I couldn't see any mosquitos either! I don't know how I was bitten that bad...

Great location. Very close to the station and most of the main sites. Rooms were quite spacious.

Small bathrooms and no air conditioning.

The Hotel was perfect for us - we wanted somewhere as cheap as possible, with a decent enough breakfast, very close to Florence centre, and with an ensuite bathroom. It fulfilled all three. We found very few other budget hotels with ensuite bathrooms. Any troubles and the staff are very helpful - as with most things in Italy, politeness & a smile are reciprocated.

Breakfast was very simple and not large. Fine for the low cost though.

The hotel is well located. spacious rooms (I stayed in a triple). daily maid service. the morning light breakfast. have wi-fi. I liked the hotel.

Fantastic location in the centre of Florence - easy walking distance from train station as well as accessing the sites of the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a supermarket right next door.
