Helpful staff and good location for holiday in Florence. The standard of the hotel was very good. We booked for 2 nights and were sent to a different hotel for the first night -this was a bit inconvenient. Would have preferred 2 nights in the one place. |

Very good location, 2 min from center attractions. Very small bathroom, and the water wasn't very hot - Rubbish. |

Die Lage nahe des Zentrums der Stadt ist sehr gut. Weiterempfehlung nur in Bezug auf die gute Lage. Der Kleiderschrank ist im Badezimmer/WC plaziert. Die Sauberkeit im Bad/Dusche war nicht perfekt. |

La gentilezza dello staff, la posizione strategica considerata la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e nello stesso tempo la collocazione nel centro città La pulizia delle camere non veniva fatta in maniera troppo accurata, poco pulito il copriletto, mancava il coprimaterasso. |

Un accueil du personnel chaleureux et attentionné. Une chambre (visiblement nous avons eu un surclassement) très spacieuse et confortable. Une salle de bain spacieuse et très propre. Surtout une situation exceptionnelle à 100mètres du marché aux cuirs et 150 mètres du Dome et du Campanile. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel était très satisfaisant. A recommander pour des séjours à Florence. |

Ligging van het hotel is perfect, je bent meteen in het centrum,we hadden een kamer geboekt met geen eigen badkamer, maar kregen die wel zonder bij betaling de kamer bij de ingang kan nogal luidruchtig zijn, denk aan oordopjes, voor de rest perfect!!! |
