Location is good, very close to Piazza Duomo, Galleria Dell'Accademia and railway station, by this street there are several restaurants not too expensive and "trattoria" where you can eat Wi-FI is not included in the price, you have to pay € 2,00 more, the building is too old and it does not look very good, you have to knock and wait till the main door is open, which sometimes could be more than 2 minutes; seems more like a Hostel when you first get in.

The location was great. Only a few blocks from the Duomo, the Galleria del Accademia (the David statue), and the Train station. It is right next to the San Lorenzo market which is great for leather goods and haggling. Plenty of good restaurants. Also much cheaper than many places in the area. Staff was very friendly. Did not get the breakfast. We had a "shared" bathroom only no one else had a room with the shared bathroom so it was essentially ours. Have to leave the key at reception when leaving the building. Have to buzz into the building, good security. They do not tell you in the original price but you have to pay 2 euro per person per night in city tax. This is paid at the end of the stay and not included in the posted price.

Location is amazing. Next to supermarket which helped the budget. Staff were nice. Not too pricey. Because of location it was very noisy at night but we used ear plugs and they worked well.

Super friendly, english-speaking staff. Fantastic location, 2 minutes from Florence cathedral. Room and bathroom were ok, though nothing fancy. Towels and basic cosmetics were supported. Breakfast was poor but acceptable for one day. Our room was cold. There were some works in the street most of the night and window (closed!) didn't block it at all. We had to wait quite some time until water in sink and shower became hot. I also confirm the out-of-nowhere- mosquitos opinion.

Wonderful location. Kind staff. Some noise outside at night. Not for light sleepers, but also not too bad. Tiny elevator, for those concerned.

Very good location. Close to the train station and all the touristic attractions. Relatively cheap and very friendly staff. A bit noisy during the night. The street traffic could be heard quite clearly.

The location is tarrific, staff is friendly and very helpful. Parking price is not included in the price of the room but from the advertisment this is not clear - I guess this is the same with other Florence hotels (although generally these do not seem to advertise parking at all) but it is very different from other cities (E.G. Venice) and the traweller may be surprised.

I should start with the location- it was awesome! You are right in the historical centre, just 5-10 minutes walk from the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. There was a big supermarket next to the hotel which was also a big advantage. One of the most famous lunch places ( Trattoria Mario) is just around the corner. The staff also deserves admiratons, They were extremely helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was modest but it was all you need to start the day- musli, croissants and the perfect espresso italiano. Sometimes it was a little bit noisy, but nothing unbearable.

We stayed in a room with shared bathroom which was really great. The bed was big and cosy and the bathroom clean every time someone took a bath. The location is really near the train station and the city centre. The Staff was helpful and nice, and we enjoyed the stay very much.

The location is excellent. Staffs are really nice and friendly with many information about the city. You can also get free city map with description from the hotel. The hotel needs few more toilets in the first floor when the toilet is general. The cleanliness of the toilet is not so good. The rooms are bit noisy due to the busy street just beside the hotel. The electric plug points of the hotel is too old and they need special 3 pin adapter to connect your electrical devices but we are fortunate to get one such kind from the hotel person.

I liked the location since it was extremely close to main areas. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely small with very little space to move and the bed was 150cm wide for a double room. I had around 10 mosquito bites in the first night although the window was closed! I couldn't see any mosquitos either! I don't know how I was bitten that bad...

While the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, our room was very small and the breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. The room a/c was great and needed. We felt the location was excellent.

The Hotel was perfect for us - we wanted somewhere as cheap as possible, with a decent enough breakfast, very close to Florence centre, and with an ensuite bathroom. It fulfilled all three. We found very few other budget hotels with ensuite bathrooms. Any troubles and the staff are very helpful - as with most things in Italy, politeness & a smile are reciprocated. Breakfast was very simple and not large. Fine for the low cost though.
