It's site. The breakfast could be better, specially the bread (only one kind). The room was too hot and you needed to pay more for the air conditining (even when it says it's included). The bed was too noisy and we woke anytime we moved.

It was quite cosy , the room was relatively warm , and the bath has hot water running throughout the day. The breakfast hours were convenient. The blankets were not adequately clean , the insulation of the walls was bad, the access on the second floor was only available through the elevator , and the staff , because of incompetent english , misunderstood our request with regard to the way of payment and became very rude .

Location is good, very close to Piazza Duomo, Galleria Dell'Accademia and railway station, by this street there are several restaurants not too expensive and "trattoria" where you can eat Wi-FI is not included in the price, you have to pay € 2,00 more, the building is too old and it does not look very good, you have to knock and wait till the main door is open, which sometimes could be more than 2 minutes; seems more like a Hostel when you first get in.

The location was perfect excactly in the heart of the historic city of Florence staff was very friendly and willing to help explain and even direct us in the city the rooms are very small but tidy and clean.

I liked the location since it was extremely close to main areas. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely small with very little space to move and the bed was 150cm wide for a double room. I had around 10 mosquito bites in the first night although the window was closed! I couldn't see any mosquitos either! I don't know how I was bitten that bad...

Location in the centre of Florence was great. I was a little bit disappointed by the bedroom, we stayed there 6 nights and the total cost was substantial. However, it was a 2 star hotel, maybe I was expecting too much for that standard. The shower room needs to be modernised and the linen was only changed every other day. However, staff were very friendly, location anyhow was our main reason for booking the hotel and we were not disappointed.

While the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, our room was very small and the breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. The room a/c was great and needed. We felt the location was excellent.

The Hotel was perfect for us - we wanted somewhere as cheap as possible, with a decent enough breakfast, very close to Florence centre, and with an ensuite bathroom. It fulfilled all three. We found very few other budget hotels with ensuite bathrooms. Any troubles and the staff are very helpful - as with most things in Italy, politeness & a smile are reciprocated. Breakfast was very simple and not large. Fine for the low cost though.

Dobrá poloha blízko centra hotelu, na místní poměry ucházející cena.Lze doporučit nenáročným cestovatelům, kteří chtějí být ubytováni v centru města. Neskutečný hluk celou noc z přilehlé ulice, koberec na pokoji by zasloužil občas vyluxovat. Snídaně velmi, velmi jednoduchá.

Very friendly staff. Reception at any time (day & night) very sympathic and helpfull.Breakfast acceptable (for Italian habits) Clean rooms , fresh towels every day. Not noisy at all if windows closed. Lift from downstairs is very comfortable to reach the reception (carrying lugage).Good location to visit most off the monumental attractions.Value for money

Fantastic location in the centre of Florence - easy walking distance from train station as well as accessing the sites of the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a supermarket right next door.

Staff very friendly and good position to arrive in the central station and visit the the center of the city. The bed was uncomfortable, strong cigarette smell in the room (and also in the corridors) and the bathroom too small.

Localisation centrale. Accueil sympathique. Chambre très bruyante au premier étage et proche de la réception : bruits du couloir et de la rue. Chaleur en juillet sans climatisation. Beaucoup de moustiques. Matelas trop mou faisant mal au dos. Chambre finalement assez chère (300€ à deux pour 4 nuits, wc et sdb communs)

Хорошее и удобное месторасположение. Соотношение цена+качество-100%. Некоторые трёшки бывают похуже! Собственно, соотношение цены и месторасположения, приятного персонала это отеля значительно преобладают над отсутствием банального завтрака, который можно найти выйти на улицу и на любой вкус! Зависит от номера ещё. Сначала нас поселили в маленький и холодный, утром его случайно залили, и нас переселили в значительно лучший и теплый! Что особенно очень важно в середине ноября! Для любителей завтрака в отеле - не вариант. Колбасы, ветчины, омлетов итп нет. В 9 может и круасанна не достаться.
