部屋は静かで快適。荷物を預かってもらいましたが、きちんとしていて安心でした。スタッフの方々はとても親切で感じが良くまた来たい。

①部屋のテーブル、テレビ、ベッドカバーなどにほこりがいっぱい。②真夜中から午前5時ごろまで複数の部屋が停電。③カップルなのに洗面のプラスチックカップは１つしか置いてなかった上、割れていたので人を呼んで取り替えさせたが、「これはすぐ壊れるんだ」と手で握りつぶして「実演」してみせた。④従業員は皆ガラが悪い。⑤部屋に金庫もないが、さりとて貴重品を受付に預けるのも怖い。

①ほこりだらけとフロントに指摘したのに、夕方帰宅してもきれいになっていなかった。②家内が入浴中の停電だったが、これについて朝方謝るどころか、こちらが理由を聞くまで何の説明もなかった。ちなみに停電の理由は従業員が誤ってスイッチを切って帰宅したためとのこと。

i did not like this hotel very much overall, very expensive for what you get...beds were so uncomfortable that i couldn't sleep for 2 days before taking sleeping tablets in order to get some sleep

The location, close to Piazza Republicca and just off the Via Nazionale was perfect, allowing us to explore most sites on foot. I tis also only a 5 minute walk from the Termini where you can get the Ciampino Airport bur for only 4, 50 euros per person.I was also pleased wtih the 2 restaurants recommended by the desk staff.

The lobby is nice enough, but as no one makes use of the bar it has a fairly drary feeling to it, although the really friendly staff do their best to make up for this.

Good location, you can visit all the important areas by foot. Nearby metrostation.

If anybodyelse is using the bathroom you can hear that. They could consider an improval on their breakfast.

LCD TV, nice breakfast, near Termini, feels very high class, nice shops on via Nazionale.

on a main road but a little far from the main spots. a very loud "ding-dongs" from a close church bells.
