Location is good. The room are very dirty, around dust. The walls, The ceilling, the furniture, the floor are cover up dust. Отель просто ужасный, пыльный номер, старая мебель, даже в ванной всё покрыто пылью. Заменили номер, но это не помогло, все номера грязные. Возвращаться вечером в номер не хотелось. Хотя персонал очень любезен (включая горничную, которая скорее всего не успевает убирать хорошо) |

хороший,отличный отель.недалеко от всех достопримечательностей,с обслуживанием на все 5 звезд! персональное спасибо Франческо за все,что для нас сделал! спросите его любой вопрос,и он вам предложгит наилучший вариант! отличный английский,всегда пунктуальный и вежливый,он всегда был нам готов помочь! не всегда в 5 зведочных можно найти такое обслуживание. разнообразить завтраки,так как всегда одно и тоже.но, вообщем-то,и ето не проблема, ето так практически везде в италии. а так еды достаточно,шведский стол. |

Удобное месторасположение, мах 10 минут от вокзала Termini, 5 минут от метро repubblica, 2 минуты до одной из центральных улиц Рима via Nazionale, 5 минут до базилики Santa Maria Maggiore. Внимательный персонал. Ожидания оправдались. Великолепное сочетания цены и качества. В душевой кабине сделать полочку для шампуня, бальзама и т.д. |

хорошее местоположение, отзывчивый и приветливый персонал, заезжая в 1 ночи были удивлены тем, что нас все-таки ждали. при минимальном знании английского можно от портье получить разного рода рекомендации и советы, как-то: где поесть, как доехать, куда ходить не стоит...довольно чистенько. вообще, для итальянской "трешки" соотношение цена-качество очень хорошее. из горячего на завтрак только кофе, кухни, где могли бы пожарить хотя бы яичницу, нет. это самый главный минус. а если по мелочи: убирают номера во время сиесты ( но когда-то же их должны убирать :)), вай-фай нет (но есть общий компьютер со свободным интернетом), заявленная на сайте отеля терраса - для випов. |

отличный отель, персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы - всегда готовы помочь и очень приветливые! было очень приятно , что при заезде учли наши пожелания по номеру. хорошее расположение. все очень понравилось и, если еще раз поедем в Рим, обязательно остановимся там же. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We expected a continental breakfast but had cereal, fruit, meat and cheese, rolls, any kind of coffee, hard boiled eggs, etc. Walking distance to A and B metro stops and Termini. There were no screens and we awoke with mosquito bites. However to be fair, we stayed in Rome, Florence and Venice and did not see screens in any hotel. |

Rooms are a little small but bright and clean. Very good spot to start to explore Rome - near the mainstation, busstops, citycenter, ... Breakfast is for Italian standard realy good. |

helpful staff, lots of information, good breakfast, clean towels, fully functioning new bathroom We were put in one of the downstairs rooms which were small with temporary put-up beds. No view to speak of and walls were dirty with marks. |

All staff were very friendly and helpful, although the room was very small it was clean and airy. Close to major site seeing attractions and train station. Inclusive Breakfast whilst only cold was quite adequate. Pillows were very hard and at times it was quite noisy ( street noise). Room was very small - web site pictures do not reflect this. |

Location very central near via nazionale and all facilitys close and also withing walking distance to the old ruins of rome , restaurants, very easy to get around Some of the electrical connections in the bathroom was very loose and dangerous,which was reported to the staff member and fixed immediately |

It's location to the train station, subway, and the surrounding sights. After a couple of days I noticed little red marks on my neck, face, temple, arm area, and hand. Seven total. If a person was to really think about it, those are the exposed areas when they are in bed sleeping. They didn't itch, so you're left with what bit me. Then the day before we checked out, my wife noticed them on herself. Also, and my wife doesn't know this because it would have totally freaked her out, I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and as soon as I turned on the light I seen 3 or 4 bugs crawling around on the tile. And to be honest here, I didn't say anything at the time, because I only had the bites. but when they appeared on my wife, that really got me mad. Hers were not in full blum until after we left. |

We have a balkony in our room, that was luxory after hot day in town. Staff in reseption and lounge bar was very friendly and helpfull. Hotel was in great place, 5 min in metro and just middle on shopping street. Everything was like they say in site. In breakfast there was allmoust everytime something to finish. It is boaring to ask allways more, if you don`t ask they don`t bring. If you are early you can get selection wish is good in italy. |

I liked the hotel a lot! Were pleasant receptionists, always wery helpful! Good breakfast, central location, close to metro station, quiete, free internet, supermarket nearby! All you need for pleasant stay! Our room wasn't too big, but still was really cosy! Hotel isn't very new, but for us it wasn;t a big problem. |

The friendly, helpful and very knowledgable staff, the central location, the comfortable room with the balcony, ability to have either fresh air or air conditioning, the free computer for checking email, the breakfast - we couldn't fault the hotel. We chose it based on the comments of previous guests and we were not disappointed. |

Very clean, very central and quiet at the same time, receptionists both very polite, helpfull and professional.By the third day we would refere to it as "home". A basic, very pleasant hotel. Breakfast was OK but not every morning (eggs and bread not fresh every morning, apples the only fresh fruit). The rooms not really spacious but not much can be done about that.One day we too found our room door open but nothing was missing. |
