Great location: near metro station and close to the main attractions, very helpful staff, very clean rooms, all furniture and facilities are new. Breakfast basic but quite sufficient. Our window faced via Cavour but it was noisy due to double-pane windows. |

Location is excellent as we were able to walk to all points of interest in Rome plus the Termini train station. Although the bathroom was small, the room was very clean and cleaned daily. The staff's English is limited but they were very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast included more items than expected, great coffee (although very strong), and even a bottle of water we took with us for the day. Free internet was definitely a bonus. Although smoking was not allowed in the rooms, smoking was permitted in the stairwell area. |

the service and the location - nice people, very confortable and good for the price the pillows - but you can ask for more and they will be glad to give you extra pillows. A bit unconfortable - but nothing you can't deal with if you are looking for budget. Very clean and friendly |

Clean rooms and well positioned close to Colosseum and near other attractions. Even though some staff weren't fluent in English, they were extremely friendly and accommodating whenever we needed anything. One trivial point - the hotel was a little hard to find at first as it's on the third floor of a building and there is no actual sign out front. If you keep an eye on street numbers, you'll find it OK. |

The staff were incredibly friendly, giving you hints and tips about the best way of organising things to do. A very clean room, with everything you need for a city trip....and breakfast brought to your room every morning for that price is brilliant. But above all, the location was amazing! |

Great location, on a busy street but with double pane windows, so once you close those and put AC on, no issue with noise. Friendly staff, room small but comfortable and well laid out, clean, breakfast basic but good (rolls, jelly, croissants, yogurt, water, beverage of your choice - coffee, hot choco, tea - small pies), near public transportation, 2 blocks from the Coloseum... Plumbing - strong strange odor coming from the toilet - may be from the old age of the building... we kept the door closed and were fine. It would be nice for them to look into this, though. |

Excellent location for exploring Rome, both on foot and by public transport; although located on one of the main streets, my room was facing inner courtyard, so it was very peaceful during the night which is a big advantage in Rome; room, bathroom, the hall, the stairway and the main entrance renovated, everything new and clean; friendly staff; ability to order breakfast in the room at the different time of your choice every day. The room and bathroom (especially the shower cabin) are rather small, I didn't mind that much, but it would not be suitable for fat people. Breakfast - there was a lot to eat, even too much, but only sweet food, I would like at least something salty, like for example some cheese. |

Centro Romano is incredibly well located - the Coliseum is just at the end of the road and left! The staff were friendly and very helpful, negotiating a cheaper taxi fare on our behalf. On an evening there are many restaurants and bars within close proximity. However check out the prices i.e. a restaurant on Via Cavour, not too far from the hotel, was rather expensive. |

The hotel is well positioned with regard to major tourist sites and transport, but not overly crowded with tourists. Some of the rooms face busy Via Cavour and the road noise is loud. Also toilet seat was partially broken and we could not work air-con. Room facing rear was much quieter. |

The staff was amazing!!! I was there with my mother for her birthday. Everyone was so kind and willing to help! They let us leave our baggage there while we traveled to Florence and Venice and had it in our room upon our return. I look forward to staying there again. Great location! |

It was clean and conveniently located near to Cavour train station. Location is also near to an eating street (Via Urbana) where we discovered a great italian restaurant! Free broadband available upon request! I thought the breakfast could do better than just a pre-packed croissant and hard biscuits. Breakfast in bed is not that romantic after all. We asked for late check-out but was not given, even for an additional hour. |

The location is perfect! We were close to everything. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of champagne. The caffe con leche, fruit and rolls brought to the room in the morning was nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. The bathroom is quite small, but we managed just fine. |

The hotel is very central... right next to the colloseum and the Roman Forum. 20 minutes walk to the vatican and St. Peter's. Next to the railway station which really suited us as we were travelling around via italian rail. |
