Owners Son did allow us to book in early. And gave good travel advice and a tip on what to order at restaurant. It was clean. We got moved to another hotel. Roof in room slopped so could not stand up in all parts of room. Contact in lift was created by pushing the button all the time.

Very friendly family owned. Very central. Great breakfast. Spoke good English and gave good advice as to paces to see Parking a problem initially ,practically no spaces as located in the city center, however hotel very helpful in holding spots

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, and there are several nice restaurants and cafés nearby. I especially recommend Trattoria Centrale right in the city centre. They serve excellent dishes prepared with local wild-growing produce.

A little difficult to find and no parking facilities. Then staff however were excellent.We had to walk to the hotel but Mario came back with us ,dropped off the luggage then went off an found a parking place. At departure he delivered the car back to the hotel.

Vriendelijkheid. Geboekt B&B Centro maar naar B&B Proserpina gebracht. Ontbijten in koude vochtige ruimte. Kamer koud en vochtig, waardoor de handdoeken niet droogden. Bouwvakkers konden buiten ons medeweten op onze kamer om werkzaamheden te verrichten.

Muy buena ubicación. El desayuno estaba muy bien. El dueño no está en la misma planta y no te dice dónde puedes encontrarle. En la habitación hacía bastante frío.

Wspaniała lokalizacja w centrum Enny. Bardzo miła obsługa, Dostawiono do pokoju dodatkowy stół, o który prosiłem. Najlepsze śniadanie, jakie jadłem w sycylijskich hotelach - jest wędlina! Excellent location. Staff very helpful. The best breakfast, which I ate in Sicily Trudno znaleźć hotel. Polecam nie ufać gps I wcześniej sprawdzić lokalizację I dojazd w Google Map. Z tym, że to nie jest wada hotelu, tylko jak wybiera się miejsce w historycznym centrum to trzeba być na to przygotowanym. It's hard to find a hotel. I recommend you do not trust the gps and previously verify the location and directions in Google maps. This is not a bug, so it is with old towns centres.

Un accueil vraiment formidable, toute la famille est aux petits soins pour que l'on se sente bien ! La mise à disposition d'un ordinateur, un jus de fruits frais pour nous accueillir et une gentillesse à toute épreuve compensent certains détails décoratifs !

En fait, nous avons séjourné au B & B Proserpina (même propriétaire). Très bon accueil. Grande chambre confortable dans un cadre ancien. Petit déjeuner dans un joli cadre: salle voûtée, pâtisserie et charcuterie fraîches, bon café. Pas de pain ni de couverts au petit déjeuner.

Chambre au troisième étage, équipé d'un monte charge pour les bagages. Chambre dotée d'un grand lit et calme. Petit déjeuner copieux et ici on nous propose un deuxième café, chose rare en Sicile. Petit conseil pour trouver le B&B: prendre la via Roma à la piazza Umberto: parking et le B&B est à 50 mètres. Décoration style ancien et un mélange de couleurs pas très heureux. Pas de frigo. Literie 1er prix, on sent tous les ressorts et oreillers très plats. Mais la ville d'Enna ne nous fournit pas un grand choix de chambres aux prix raisonnables!
