The breakfast was very good (if you like sweat breakfast!) and the hotel is very close to the tram station (20minutes and you are in the centrum of Milano) The noise in the hotel ! |

Room was clean and housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel room was extremely noisy being on a main road with a tram stop outside the bedroom window. Towels were like cut down table cloths and had seen better days. Reception staff were rude and unhelpfull |

Low price and easy to find with car. Parking in locked parking spot for extra payment. Tram stops just outside the hotel - 20 min to centre of Milan. Unfriendly staff that did not make you feel especially welcome. "Cell feeling" and horrible lightning in the room. |

It is not 3 stars hotel, it is a youth hostel . Condition was turn off . It was filling that we was living in the hospital's room not in the hotel. I think that the design in the hospital rooms is nicer. Very poor breakfast, no ham or cheese or eggs, only sweet croissants! |

Although the hotel was out of city center, it was easy enough to get into Milan on the tram. Grossly overpriced for what it had to offer, but i understand that hotel prices in Milan are high. |

Very convenient to trams, buses etc. there is a tram stop right outside the hotel entrance, it is only approx 15 mins by tram to the very centre od Milan yet restaurants shops etc are much much cheaper at the hotel than in the centre. Staff were very helpful advising on transport to various sights we wished to see and cleaned the room excellantly every morning, definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. |

the staff was impolite and they almost didn't speak english, there was a stench in the room, you couldn't manually control the airco wich caused us to have stiff necks in thhe morning. The roomservice forgot our blankets and when we asked for some they gave us towels instead blaming us we should have said it earlier because the roommate was already gone. |

The lighting in the room was poor and gave it a prison cell feel. |

Friendly staff, simple rooms but good beds, new bathroom, aircondition, good price. We didn't have any breakfast as we had to leave early for the airport but we could use the parking for free as compensation. :-) |

English speaking staff were great. Tram #5 from central train station was convenient (27 minute ride). Also, tram #4 connects well to metro. Price was good for Milan. Anything I didn't like was resolved immediately, so I was quite satisfied. |

Alot of noise. The hotel was clean and new on the outside but dirty and with old furniture in the rooms. There was alot of noise, absolutely no parking place, not even with tax, I parked the car 2 miles away. |

The hotel was in a good location, right next to a tram stop that takes you into the centre of Milan. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were a decent size as was the bathroom. The shower was brilliant! There was a coach load of school students staying at the hotel who were constantly runnung up and down the corridor at all hours screaming, shouting and slamming doors. Also, the towels were more like tablecloths. |

price-value ratio was fine for Milan; hotel was clean; parking possible; tram stop in front of hotel; breakfast nice; staff was friendly rooms were noisy (you hear your neighbours); traffic noise (cars, tram) could be heard inside the rooms with closed window; would be helpful to have a flyer for guests at the front desk containing the quickest tram/metro connection to Milano Central |
