J'ai pas eu le choix, ce fut le seul au alentour de milan à moins de 200€ la nuit. La qualité de la chambre, la décoration, et l'ameublement sont loin des standards offerts en france. Petit déjeuner trés moyen. De toutes façons, c'était complet!!!!!!!!!!! Alors pourquoi changer? |

Sa position était très proche de mon lieu de rendez-vous. Le personnel a été très courtois et parle français. Je n'ai pas pu branché electriquement mon ordinateur car les prises dans les chambres ne sont pas au standard européen. |

Personnel de réception et celui du petit déjeuner. Très polis Il faisait très chaud à Milan, l'hotel a l'air conditionné dans les chambres mais cet air conditionné fonctionne à certaines heures: Pas normal. |

the staff was impolite and they almost didn't speak english, there was a stench in the room, you couldn't manually control the airco wich caused us to have stiff necks in thhe morning. The roomservice forgot our blankets and when we asked for some they gave us towels instead blaming us we should have said it earlier because the roommate was already gone. |

Rooms were cleaned daily, staff were friendly and very helpful and majority of them were able to speak english. TV in each room Not much selection for breakfast |

Had everything that you needed, easily accessible from the town centre by tram Hotel staff were very rude, especially on the front desk. Directions given to the hotel were quite difficult to understand |

Friendly staff, simple rooms but good beds, new bathroom, aircondition, good price. We didn't have any breakfast as we had to leave early for the airport but we could use the parking for free as compensation. :-) |

English speaking staff were great. Tram #5 from central train station was convenient (27 minute ride). Also, tram #4 connects well to metro. Price was good for Milan. Anything I didn't like was resolved immediately, so I was quite satisfied. |

The price quality was very bad. Absolutely overpriced. No service, reception was appalling. Breakfast facilities were very poor. It is a youth hostel not an hotel!! |

Alot of noise. The hotel was clean and new on the outside but dirty and with old furniture in the rooms. There was alot of noise, absolutely no parking place, not even with tax, I parked the car 2 miles away. |

The hotel was in a good location, right next to a tram stop that takes you into the centre of Milan. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were a decent size as was the bathroom. The shower was brilliant! There was a coach load of school students staying at the hotel who were constantly runnung up and down the corridor at all hours screaming, shouting and slamming doors. Also, the towels were more like tablecloths. |

price-value ratio was fine for Milan; hotel was clean; parking possible; tram stop in front of hotel; breakfast nice; staff was friendly rooms were noisy (you hear your neighbours); traffic noise (cars, tram) could be heard inside the rooms with closed window; would be helpful to have a flyer for guests at the front desk containing the quickest tram/metro connection to Milano Central |
