Room confortable with everything you need. Everybody were nice and helpful. Very nice breakfast in comparison to average "italian standard". A bit loudy street, but nevertheless it is a city center... |

Great hotel very near the train station but also not far from any of the attractions. Good comfortable hotel room. Breakfast was good especially the freshly baked croisants. The airconditioning was operated from the front desk rather than a remote in each individual room. |

Very convenient. 5Min walk to the central station and as it's on via Roma - where most of the shops are. It's not expensive. And there is free internet. It's more like a b&b than a hotel. It was ok but just don't expect much. Breakfast wasn't very good - no hot food, warm yogurt, rotten fruit on fruit bowl |

It is in the centre of the city. All the attractions are very near(5 minutes). Train and bus stationes are also 3 minutes away. The hotel is on the street with shops-clothes, shoes...The staff is very friendly and one of rare people in Sicily that can speak English very well. |

Central located. 150 m to the train sation with the bus stop to the airport. After a problem with a taxi driver the reception staff was very engaged to help me. On our trip we stayed first nights and last night there. The room of teh first nights was ok. The room of the last night, especially the bathroom. was not really acceptable. In both rooms we could not customise the air condition. Sometimes very long walking distances to sighseeing places or restaurants. |

Excellent location, easy walking distance to shops and monuments. Very big room, nice decor. Staff was helpful, apart from one grumpy male. Breakfast was not remarkable, 'juice' was watered down cordial, bread was not fresh. No pastries on offer like at other hotels we stayed at in Sicily. Needs to improve. |

Our room was clean and quite. Great location: hotel is in one of the main streets full of shops, train stations is only 200 meters away, from there you can also get the bus to the airport, so you don't need to pay billions for the taxi. Hotel is in an old house, one the 2nd-3rd floor. To get there you have to use small elevator and climb some stairs. For us it was not a problem, but for disabled people could be. Our room seemed to be higher in height than wider in width so at first we felt strange, but soon we got used to that. Furniture was a bit worn out. |

Close to everything (train station, bus to and from airport, city attractions). Free internet (but frequent queueing!). Doesn't look like a 3 star: internt photos don't reflect the reality (building and rooms), it consists of two floors of a building where there is other hotel and bed&breakfast. Old building. We were given a very small room, really small! The bed was only 20cm away from the airconditioned on one of the sides (didin't even have a bedside table on that side, A/C on a low level, with dirty filters just next to where a person sleeps). Very oldfashioned furniture, very small bathroom with inadequate ventilation. Rather basic breakfast. |

Great place to stay in Palermo and well situated. Comfortable beds and bathroom. We really enjoyed it and would go back. There's no free of charge wifi in the rooms. Only an old computer in the hall way, which is ok if you just want to check e-mails quickly and visit the city. |

My husband and I were travelling with another couple and we had two very nice rooms at Hotel Centro. The location is excellent for proximity to Palermo's sites and the staff at the hotel was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very nicely kept. |
