It is close to the Bologna Fair center. That is the only thing likable about it.

The service is apalling, prices are extremely high, I stayed there during one of the big fairs (cersaie). They actually charged 4 times the normal price, for a barren room with virtually nothing to recommend it for. As the manager explained to me, it is christmas time for them, and they are harvesting. The whole thing is based on ripping off those who come to the fairs.

Should not advertise swimming pool and have it closed

Plenty of room and the pool was fantastic. Fairly easy to find. Great place for kids. Easy parking.

The kitchenette is locked up unless you are staying for 15 days--even though the booking confirmation said 7 minimum.

Roomy accomodation

Quite hard to find although written directions were accurate - without them we would never have found them as no signeage we saw off the main roads.

although the rental price was in balance with the facilities, the room, chalet was very basic, the bathroom convenient, but due to the unpleasant attitude of the staff not a place to recommend. It didn't seem the staff enjoyed their work, it made us feel unwelcome. The bar and restaurant look nice but the service rendered blow average, especially taking into consideration down town prices being charged. The reception, open all hours, but again below average, picking up the phone during a conversation, brisk yes and no answers, keepimg an eye on Internet, or texting on cell....we had it all. The Breakfast choices are limited to a croissant or a cup of yoghurt. It is a pitty the bus had a limited schedule, but we managed well to work around it. A taxi during the evening hours will cost u around 15 euro. Be aware the kitchnette can only be used staying 15! days or over. An additional fee will be charged for the use of pots and pans, another one for plates, glass etc. The TV only had Italian channels.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Helped us on every issue including helping us buy and print our train tickets online.. The location is close to Bologna Fair, you can call a taxi anytime needed. And quite affordable for visitors who prefer to pay less for accommodation.

Posizionato vicino alla città ma al tempo stesso in un'area verde e con ampi spazi.

Camera matrimoniale e complesso turistico in generale da 1 stella, non 3 stelle come indicato, piscina disponibile 5 ore al giorno solo negli orari indicati dal personale sempre molto scortese.Costo elevato del ristorante, facente parte dello stesso complesso, non per ragioni di qualità ma solo per ovvi motivi economici.Inoltre segnalo che la reception non risponde in alcun modo se qualche furbo disturba I clienti, io e la mia compagna siamo stati bersagliati da circa 15 telefonate anonime pervenute telefonicamente nella nostra stanza, tanto che abbiamo dovuto staccare la spina per riposare in pace.Chiedendo in reception tutti hanno negato tale circostanza.

L'accés à la ville un bus au départ du site toutes les 2h et pas de bus pour le retour après 21h

Non ho provato solo il ristorante, ma per il resto è risultato il tutto positivissimo.. Per quello che abbiamo speso (27/28euro a notte a testa) abbiamo avuto.. Cambio lenzuola giornaliero, cambio asciugamani,posto auto,tv,riscaldamento,pulizia, tranquillita educazione e cortesia dello staff,ubicazione perfetta per andare al centro,ubicazione perfetta per il motorshow.. Sinceramente solo note positive, ovviamente è sempre un camping, se aspettti parquet e marmi ai tavoli, scordatelo, ma per il resto è una bomba...

Unica nota negativa.. Le recenzioni negative delle persone che hanno soggiornato prima di me.. Assolutamente ingiustificate... è tutto ok...
