We really liked the clean, well set up apartment with character, the swimming pool, location (with entrance directly onto the old town and within easy walk of the beach), and the great staff.

Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist super, man kann durch einen Durchgang direkt in die Altstadt eintauchen. Schönes Schwimmbad. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr zentral gelegen, hauseigener Parkplatz sehr praktisch Frühstück war auch für italienische Verhältnisse nicht lecker. Instantkaffee, Instantorangensaft, kaum Brötchen.

Hotel molto carino, in posizione ottima (1' a piedi dal centro), e dotato di parcheggio privato. C'è un piccolo centro benessere con sauna e bagno turco, piscina all'aperto e area bimbi. Le stanze sono arredate con gusto. Le stanze andrebbero insonorizzate un pochino, dato che al mattino I rumori del corridoio e dello staff della pulizia risultavano fastidiosi.

L'ottima posizione per il centro cittadino, praticamente sei in pieno centro. Lo staff molto disponibile e giovanile! La gestione familiare ti fà sentire a casa tua! nel week-end di Pasqua quando abbiamo soggiornato non erano attrrezzate e disponibili piscine e palestra.

La posizione che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro storico e l' imbarco sui traghetti. Comodo il parcheggio. Buona la colazione e la vista del panorama dalla finestra della camera. Carente la reception per le persone in arrivo.

Прекрасный уютный отель. Отелем управляет семья, которая живет тут же в отеле. Есть wellness центр: бассейн, джакузи и т.д. Удачно расположен : есть выход прямо к центру города и одновременно спокойное, уединенное место (парадокс, но это так!!!). Приветливый , отзывчивый персонал.

Posizione ottimale, grazie al sottopasso si è praticamente in centro, comodissimo. Nella junior suite è presente una vasca idromassaggio, camera ampia con un bel bagno spazioso. Abbiamo atteso fino alle14.00 Perchè la camera non era ancora stata riordinata, il parcheggio interno non è sufficente, la colazione non è all'alltezza di un tre stelle poca varietà e prodotti scadenti, non c'è l'aria condizionata in camera, e durante il nostro periodo di soggiorno era praticamente impossibile rilassarsi in piscina, a causa della confusione generata dai bambini presenti, (tutti parenti dei proprietari)

Havde bestilt et dobbeltværelse, men fik en ferie lejlighed til 4 personer med køkken og det hele, til samme pris, det kan vi selvfølgelig ikke klage over :-) Super beliggenhed I forhold til byen, ud af "bagdøren" og du stod midt I den gamle by.

Ottima la posizione, lo staff cordiale e molto disponibile anche se poi non abbiamo soggiornato in quell' hotel perchè al completo. La piscina, l'idromassaggio, la sauna e il bagno turco.

Het hotel ligt lekker centraal in het oude gedeelte van Riva , slechts enkele tientallen meters lopen en je staat midden in het centrum. Ondanks de ligging toch lekker rustig in de avond.! Het ontbijt buffet was zeer verzorgd en er was zelfs de mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer had wat onderhoud nodig, (houder toiletrol viel telkens van de wand, was sechts een schroef vastdraaien) en de plint in de badkamer was los. Maar dat stoorde ons niet echt, ik vind, gezien de prijs voor een nacht incl ontbijtbuffet alles in verhouding, je mag voor deze prijs de lat niet al te hoog leggen, dan moet je gewoon een duurder hotel zoeken, ik zou er zeker weer terug gaan . De kamer die wij hadden, had wat klein achterstallig onderhoud, alles bij elkaar een klein uurtje werk en het zou in orde zijn, maar ja Italianen hè.

Mi ha colpito la comodità: si raggiunge facilmente in macchina e si raggiunge il centro della città in un minuto con percorso pedonale.. Davvero ottimo per le famiglie. In piscina poi I bimbi si divertono moltissimo mentre gli adulti possono farsi un rilassante idromassaggio..!! Nessun reclamo

Wir haben genau eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Mein Freund und ich reisen sehr viel und hatten auch schon Unterkünfte jeglicher Art (sauber/dreckig/Luxus usw.) Aber was wir hier erlebt haben war echt zuviel... Die Zimmer waren übelst verdreckt, überall lag dicker Staub. An den Türen und Schränken waren überall Fingertapper, wirklich überall. Schimmel im Bad...von Sauberkeit hier keiiiiine Spur. Nach Beschwerde wurde nicht wirklich reagiert. Wir sollen bitte auf Sabrina warten. Am nächsten Tag beim Auschecken teilten wir dies Sabrina mit aber sie sagte es sei ihr egal und hat uns dann total ignoriert. Sowas hab ich echt noch nie erlebt. Wie dreckig es ist sieht man schon am Eingangsbereich (Teppiche werden wahrscheinlich einmal in der Woche abgesaugt). Ausser im Frühstücksraum...da war alles supersauber. Weiß nicht wieso es hier anders war als auf den Gängen, Zimmern etc. Wenn ich nicht schon im Voraus gezahlt hätte hätte ich für dieses Zimmer keinen Cent gezahlt.
