There was no free access to internet. Desk space to work was very small; The printer in the pc facilities did not work.

Clean and modern, rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful, especially in the morning when we were faced with a lot of snow! Breakfast could be a bit more expansive.

The location is unbeatable. The minute I was out of the train station, I saw the name of the hotel. How convenient is that! The room I had was clean and comfortable. The hotel was only minutes away from the business/commercial area of Parma. The breakfast was unexpectedly simple. Staff at breakfast were busy with their chitchat.

La douche et les serviettes. Je n'ai pas aimé la poussière sur le lecteur cd qui a d'ailleurs abimé mes cd! Ainsi que l'impossibilité de régler la temperature dans la chambre. De plus la présence de trop de clignotants empechent unne bonne obscurité pendant la nuit.

Lage sehr zentral (quasi am Bahnhof); moderne, funktionelle, saubere Zimmer; Frühstücksbuffet nicht überbordend, aber o.k.; guter Kaffee auf Wunsch Zimmer auf die Straße können laut sein; Gebühr für WLAN (5 EUR für 24h)sollte im Zimmerpreis inkludiert sein.

La struttura dell'hotel e le camere sono molto belle e pulite. é veramente vicinissimo alla stazione (cosa positiva solo se devi prendere il treno) Non nell'hotel, ma nella zona in cui si trova, per nulla sicura e da evitare o comunque tale da richiedere un po' di attenzione. In realtà tutta la città mi è sembrata deserta e poco rassicurante già all'ora di cena ed anche vicinissimo al centro.

Arredi nuovi. Letto comodissimo! Tv via cavo con lettore cd/dvd stereo con radio. Impianto audio con casse integrate al soffitto. Bagno moderno e di design con un comodo box doccia, molto rilassante!

Localização central, ao lado da estação de trem. Da para ir a pé ao centro historico Por ser ao lado da estação de trem, é muito barulhento, os quartos são pequenos e o preço é elevado pelo que oferece.

Am besten hat uns gefallen: Sig.Silvestro an der Reception. Seine freundliche und zuvorkommende Art und sein gepflegtes Auftreten haben uns sehr imponiert. Weiters hat uns die Innenarchitektur des Hauses gefallen. Die Zimmer mit den modernen sanitären Einrichtungen, besonders die Badewannen, sind sehr sympathisch. Das Frühstück könnte in der Auswahl reichhaltiger sein, der Kaffee mehr italienisch, und die Servicedame könnte freundlicher sein. Zur Zeit würden wir das Hotel wegen der Lärmbelästigung nicht weiterempfehlen.

ミラノ中央駅に近く便利。朝食が充実していておいしい。 トイレとシャワーが狭い部屋で一体になっているのですが、シャワー水が便器に掛かる上に、排水が悪いので水- が部屋の外まであふれ出ます。入口のドア付近の壁が変色しているのはそのせいだと後で気が付きました。ちょ- っと問題です。
