It is very near to the centre and walking distance to the place where I had my meetings I didn't like the breakfast which was really poor. During the night there was a lot of noise from outside since it is exactly near the train and bus station. |

Location - very near to transport links and shops. Friendly staff. Room was a little small, shower was cracked, car parking charge excessive. |

unforgettable nice hotel, very good service , especially the reception 's people Mr. Siennica, such a nice guy, many thanks for the good service and hospitality. so clean and so nice bathroom as well. if possible, hotel should prepare the adapter of electric appliance for guest from different countries. we are from China, we took the european adapter, but still can not be used in Italy, we can not recharge the cellphone... pity! |

Location, design, breakfast, staff My one complaint is that it was noisy in the hotel corridors in the morning, so was difficult to have a lie in. It seemed that the room staff started cleaning too early in the morning, which is disturbing to guests wishing to sleep in. |

The hotel was near from the station and was comfortable. The staff is very kindly and very friendly.If the Wifi Internet was able to be done in the room, it was more comfortable. |

The hotel is situated close to the centre. The bus from the airport drops you off next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and speaks several languages. The rooms have been recently redecorated and are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. I had a nice stay there. |

The hotel is very well situated. It has been very well refurbished and was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay there again - we travel to Parma often as we have family there. We will also be booking thru you again. The corridor outside of our room was full of cigarette smoke. We had a non smoking room, but there was generally a smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel which was very unpleasant. |

Its location was very convenient. It was newly decorated and very clean. There was no view from our bedroom window - just a wall. The food at breakfast was not topped up as it ran out, so by 9am there were no bread rolls left. |

Reception staff failed to rectify a fault - the safe in my room had been left open but in a locked position by a previouis guest, preventing my using it. This was notified to them immediately after arrival but I was still unable to use the safe when I left three days later. |

per chi viaggia in treno è eccezionale 50 passi dalla stazione. totalmente ben ristrutturato. buona colazione. meriterebbe 4 stelle. fermata bus e taxi davanti all'ingresso. Consigliato. |

nette uitstraling van receptie en kamers,badkamer schoon en goed voorzien gevraagd was een king size bed wij kregen twee èèn persoons bedden en een kamer op de meest lawaaige plek van het hotel,veel vracht treinen s'nachts en veel verkeer in de kleine tussenstraat en voor het hotel. brood voorziening bij het ontbijt zeer matig |
