The hotel was near from the station and was comfortable. The staff is very kindly and very friendly.If the Wifi Internet was able to be done in the room, it was more comfortable. |

The hotel is situated close to the centre. The bus from the airport drops you off next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and speaks several languages. The rooms have been recently redecorated and are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. I had a nice stay there. |

The hotel is very well situated. It has been very well refurbished and was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay there again - we travel to Parma often as we have family there. We will also be booking thru you again. The corridor outside of our room was full of cigarette smoke. We had a non smoking room, but there was generally a smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel which was very unpleasant. |

Its location was very convenient. It was newly decorated and very clean. There was no view from our bedroom window - just a wall. The food at breakfast was not topped up as it ran out, so by 9am there were no bread rolls left. |

Reception staff failed to rectify a fault - the safe in my room had been left open but in a locked position by a previouis guest, preventing my using it. This was notified to them immediately after arrival but I was still unable to use the safe when I left three days later. |

Very nice and practical room; great bathroom; splendid breakfast with fresh fruit and a variety of joghurts and juices. Very friendly staff who try their best to please guests who speak English and only very little Italian. The hotel takes cash only, no credit cards or ATM; Upon departure the receipt could not be printed, should be sent via mail in the following week, but did not arrive within 2+ weeks; one guest in our party was initially assigned to a room without functioning lock and had to argue to get a room that could be locked properly (the second room then actually was a suite, so the story ended well). |

Given that all hotel in the inner city of Parma will be noisy if windows are open - the century was a great choice for me!!!Everythings was well made, perfectly equipped and comfortable.Particularly the breakfast room and the buffet is worse staying in the central!!! |

The price is cheap for the standard in Italy. Right next to the train station. Very special decor. We were unaware the hotel is right next to the station, so we took a taxi for just 100m. Taxi driver must thought crazy trouist. Small room expecially bathroom, little English but still friendly people. |
