كبر الغرفه على انها قديمه والفطور جيد جداً

الموقع قريب جداً من محطة السنترالي وهي منطقة رئيسة طاقم الفندق يشتغلونك على كل شي لدرجة ان شريت من عندهم تذكرة ميلان ب60 يورو وبالتذكرة مكتوب 18 يورو !! النت غالي النص ساعه ب3 يورو ومع ذلك بطي جداً الاثاث قديم والتلفزيون من اقدم ماشهدت في حياتي

حجم الغرفة ممتاز فهي واسعه ونظيفه. كذالك يوجد خدمة حمل الحقائب وهذا ما أعجبني فيه.

موظفة الاستقبال سيئة التعامل. لا تجيد التعامل مع الزبائن وفاسلوبها كان تهكمي للغايه.

Location of this hotel that is near to the train station when arrival. Good for family with kids.

easy to get to from the main train station and close to the metro. Junior Suite is large and feels like two rooms due to the divider. Very friendly and helpful staff with great english skills.

-No free wifi even in the lobby. -We had a room for 4 and the extra bed was rubbish. The kids had to sleep on the floor as the bed gave them a sore back. - The cold cuts ( salami) at breakfast , were reused the following day and tasted bad.

Location (near railway station). Big and good room. Very comfotable beds. Good breakfast.

It's near to the railway station and atm. And the room is big for the Europe.

The hotel positions itself as 4 star hotel, but it' not even 2 stars!! We had the ate check-in (about 11:30 P.m) and were very upset to find the full box of garbage in bathroom!! The walls and curtains in the room are dirty, the carpet and the furniture are very old and look very poor. We weary very upset to live in that hotel!!

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, although breakfast room was not too nice.

Lift was very slow to arrive at floor.

I had a fall and sprained my ankle severely on the hotel grounds and received no assistance. When we asked for an accident report form to report the incident in case I needed it for my travel insurance they would only give us a customer service form. The air cconditioning wasn't working and we were told it wouldn't be repaired for a month!

It's not an easy task to find the hotel, additional fee for wi-fi as default option. Room service sometimes really poor.

Room was too hot Despite eco friendly notice, and our indication that we did not require it, towels and sheets were changed daily. Requests for more tea bags and milk had to be made daily. It seemed that the front of house staff did not communicate with the chamber maids who, despite making up 3 beds, only catered for 2 people. Breakfast was a bit chaotic.

Junior suite was big and spacy. The breakfast had a big variety and selection, and was tasty. Location is excellent 5 min walk to central station. Room was clean and cleaned very well everyday.

Extra single beds were small and not comfortable.We were charged 10 euros service charge for room service, almost the same price of the food we ordered. Internet is expesnive and slow 3 euros for half an hour. Reception staff are helpful but short tempered incase you ask too many questions. Tv is old and limited chanels, all Italian except cnn

very big room, very clean, good location, friendly and helpful staff, rich breakfast buffet! I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers

minibar is a bit overpriced..... but still acceptable
