UNA Hotel Century  

Reception staff were very helpful with our 2 stay's 10 out of 10 for them hotel was very comfortable. Signs on the street and the webste need to be clearer where the hotel is actually located.

The staff at breakfast were rude and not enough food after others had eaten staff need a good kick in the bum and learn to be more friendly after all if it wasn't for the customers they would not have a job!

Goog location and public trafic connections. Good brekfast.

Parking expensive. Internet also very expensive with stickt limitations.

Close to central train station, clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff.

It was not easy to find the hotel first time because it is in the back of another building and the sign to the hotel on the Fabio street is hidden under a tree!

hotel was in a quiet & safe area, the junior suit we stayed in was spacious & very comfortable & represented good value. The breakfast room was pleasant and had a varied selection to choose from. All staff we encountered were very polite & helpfull.

Most city centre hotels have a larger selection of tourist info available in the lobby area. Staff were however happy to help.

I think the rate of this hotel is too high given the fact that the location is not in the city center. Compare with all other hotels we stayed during our entire trip in Italy, this one is certainly not a good value for the money. We paid 160 Euro for each night of the the family room, the internet is not even covered, and it is not in the city center. It is "close" to the train, you practically can't get a cab to it, but some distance to walk with luggage.

Family room was spacious and big enough for two adults and two older children. Facilities very good including bathroom and breakfast. Close to Milan staions (Garibaldi and Centrale),Metro and trams but building works around Garibaldi made it an effort to find a way to the hotel on foot.

Room very clean except for sink which hadn't been looked at for a while because it was "hidden" under a timber cover.

Large rooms and good breakfast - no problem to fit 2 adults plus 2 children.

Hotel needs a refurbishment. WiFi is available only by payment. Tv set very old.

Very happy with the hotel - we were first time users, after a last minute booking, with little prior knowledge of the area around the Milan central station. We were very pleasantly surprised just about everything, particularly after coming back from Paris where we stayed at a 3-star small/old/expensive, and not well run hotel. We may be keen to go back, and, are curious whether other hotels of the same chain in Milan are of the same high quality, in which case we may try them as well.

Rooms are very comfortable. The reception is fast and efficient. The hotel is very close to the central station and the M2 and M3 metro lines. There are a number of restaurants close by for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is great but the staff is always looking sulky...Otherwise the choice and quality of the food is excellent. Our stay with family and children was very comfortable.

We stayed in 11-5 and the heating was too much. It could not be controlled. We had to sleep with an open window all the time. That was not too much of a trouble however because the air is not poluted as in some other cities. The historic city centre is easily accessible by metro but still not waliking distance. We stayed 4 days and that was OK. But I would not recommend for a short stay when you want to be in the middle of things. The area is OK but there is nothing much to see around by waliking.
