The breakfast was excellent,I have never seen such variety.Also the food at the restaurant was very good.The room was large and very comfortable.Close to the centre,the railway station where you can travel everywhere and the buses to the airport. |

The room was big and comfortable. The breackfast is American. To make natural boiled coffee at the morning. A receptionist did not reccomend us food boxes instead morning breackfast when we said that would check out early next morning. |

Efficient hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Difficult to find. The 'Uno' sign is obscured by a large branch. Location fine for us and probably good for business districts but some tourists might prefer something more central. |

Excellent room. Big 2 room suite with great windows. Clean, but other problems with housekeeping. Good support at front desk. Internet does not work in corner rooms, but front desk will still sell you internet time. Poor lighting in sitting room. Continual problem getting towels for 2 people. One robe/stay, no matter how long or how dirty it gets. |

i like this hotel very much, the location is good, close to the milan railway station, 5-10 mins walk, but not noisy at all. the room we booked for three person is quite big. the reception stuff is veryful and kind. the breakfast is good as well. I will stay at this hotel again if i visit milan next time. nothing, this is the best hotel i stayed in Italy for a 7 days trip. |

It was very convienient for the station. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our three nights there very much. The breakfast was also very good and a nice breakfast room. We found the restaurant rather small and the manager a bit strange. |

The Staff was very helpful and got us a room fast, even though one of our rooms was not available when we arrived. We at least received one of our rooms so we could got ready for our business meetings. We ended up needing more towels and the housekeeper got those to us as soon as possible. It was a little hard to locate at first. we had my husband go find it before we ended walking there with the 6 people that was traveling with us. |

Very friendly reception, always ready to help out. Very spacy rooms with good beds. Quiet, peaceful hotel. Excellent and very complete breakfast!!! At less than 5 min of 2 main metro lines and a tram stop right in front of the door. The Bus from/to Malpenza airport stops at the train station Central, 5 min from the hotel. Room was not completely cleaned up at our arrival. Next day excellent cleaning service. |

Spacious & separate bedroom/lounge room, tea making facilities, good breakfast selection. Very expensive car parking, not a nice area of Milan - close to Main station but nothing worth seeing around hotel area, no supermarkets and all restaurants closed during Summer months. Honestly, Milan is not worth visiting. The Duomo (the only site to see) is not spectacular compared to other Churches in Europe, the shopping is boring (and incredibly expensive) and the city itself is grotty and very pram unfriendly. |

Rooms had alot of space, breakfast was extremely good. Very close to metro/trams/trains. If it wasn't for a Sat Nav I would never had found it. |
