Great location and handy for he railway station
size of in house restaurant
We had a family room, but the sofa bed was not suited for others than a couple (one big cover to share for two teenaged boys). Little understanding by staff for request for separate covers..
clean, tidy and comfortable.
If hotel can supply free wifi it will be more satisfy.
spacious room, cleanliness comfy beds and great breakfast, close to amenities and central train station.
the airconditioning was not working 1st night and it was warm and humid result > mosquitoes came in!!
Very modern looking. Warm breakfast. English speaking staff.
Paid Wifi. For the price, wifi should be included. Couldn't adjust the room temperature. TV list wasn't accurate to the channels on the TV. Thermostat kept on resetting to auto schedule feature and the room was kept at 24°C.
The very helpfull staff. The very good value in the Restaurant
Paying 8 euros for a Beer. Paying for Wi Fi ? ?
We loved the big room and the wonderful enormous shower. I highly appreciate the curtains that made the room completely dark in the morning
The second towel set is in the wardrobe. The entrance is very bad, all gates like a prison
The location was good - close to the central train station / hop on-off bus. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the staff were helpful.
No free wi-fi.
No air in rooms and couldn't open the windows
Has good facilities. Very fast wifi and quiet room.
Some staff are less friendly than other hotels I checked in during this trip. The breakfast could be better. The location is not bad but extremely hard to find. Strongly suggest the hotel should provide more detailed information on your page.
The big room and the bathroom
Some staff at the breakfast area
The location of the hotel is not optimal. Hence, first you have to find it. Challenging!!
Excellent junior suite, great breakfast, very friendly staff,
Paid internet. A little off the beaten track, but after all not far from the train station
Modern design and furniture Great location near the train station Good breakfast Good secured location and spacious paid parking
Not enough elevators No easy to find at first because it is in a fenced area with other buildings. But once you know where it's not a problem.
The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bathroom is equivalent to that of a 5 star hotel.
The location of this hotel is very well, beside the central station! The breakfast is good, room is clean!
everything, but the directions to the hotel
no directions of how to reach the hotel out from the street. If they could put a small sign where and how to ring the hotel, that would help. I am saying this providing that I check everything on street view of google maps, but still there are 3 entrances with remotely operated doors and on non of them you are told what to do. These doors serve other premises so they are locked.
We liked the bedroom. Very good bed and spacious.
When we asked for an extra pillow, we were told they would send it soon, but never came, nor any information about it.
room was like brand new with modern design. very roomy.
cost of internet was high
Located close to train station. Hotel has been recently renovated and everything was outstanding. Comfortable beds, very large bathroom and shower. Rooms were very clean and rooms were serviced daily. Quick wi fi connection and very helpful and friendly staff. Definately would recommend to others.
location comfortable beds fresh and clean
Very spacious rooms, very quiet rooms and hotel, very good breakfast, very good location (near the shuttle bus stop at Central Station, very easy to go to the city center), very friendly and helpful staff (with two exceptions)
At check out I was told to pay 10 extra Euros for some items from the minibar, which I refused, because I didnot take anything from the minibar. Luckily they believed me and didnot insist. The package they gave me instead of the last breakfast which I couldn't take due to my very early leaving for the airport was not proper to eat it in a hurry on the way: no bread! No chees, no ham, no fruit, which is the essential for a snack; just some cans and reciepients with honey, jam, nutella, yougurt, juice, some sweets)
We had a large, very comfortable room, on the 17th floor, with a great view of the city. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to restaurant recommendations, and information on train schedules.
First class location close to Central Station - quite hard to find though as a result of all the road works around the area. The rooms have been tastefully renovated - they are excellent. The bathroom has one of the best showers we've enjoyed this trip.
Having no free internet anywhere - it seems a bit petty to spoil the value proposition over something which is universally expected in a hotel of this standard. The common areas - reception, bar, breakfast room etc - are very old and tired, but subject to renewal soon.
