Cerqua Rosara Residence ci ha regalato una bellissima vacanza all'insegna del relax, della tranquillità ma anche della scoperta di luoghi che ancora non conoscevamo o della riscoperta delle città d'arte tutte facilmente raggiungibili. Un grazie particolare al signor Gianni che con passione segue gli ospiti in modo discreto ma attento e ha saputo creare una strutttura dotata di ogni confort sia negli appartamenti sia nelle parti comuni. Un plauso particolare all'area piscina.

Accade raramente che un posto che prima non conoscevi riesca a farti sentire a casa; è questa la sensazione che abbiamo provato durante i giorni in cui siamo stati a Cerqua Rosara. Vorremmo ringraziare Gianni, il proprietario di questo posto incantevole, per ciò che ha creato e a cui si dedica con passione..una perla di tranquillità in mezzo alla natura. La struttura è suddivisa in appartamenti puliti, dotati di tutti i comfort e di cucina attrezzata, ognuno con il proprio patio (per cui è possibile mangiare fuori e rilassarsi), e con la propria privacy; il tutto immerso nel verde del bosco tutto intorno, e nella gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Grazie ancora Gianni, non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

La struttura è molto bella e gli appartamenti sono puliti, spaziosi e forniti di tutto il necessario. Il Sig. Gianni gentile e sempre disponibile. La piscina un toccasana al rientro dalla visita alle cittadine umbre.

Un'oasi immersa nel verde, relax, tranquillita' e grande cortesia e disponibilita' dello staff del residence. La struttura di recente costruzione offre il massimo del comfort. Ottima la sua posizione ideale anche per raggiungere qualsiasi localita' umbra che si preferisce.

The house was fairly new and the rooms were spacious with excellent bathroom and shower. It's a very quiet and peaceful setting and the owner tried very hard to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Since we were on our way back to northern Italy, we only stayed one night. The B&B is a little far from Assisi where we had dinner, but it was better quality and value than any of the lodgings available in Assisi and worth the effort to drive to.

We just returned from our 8 days stay at Cerqua Rosara Residence. This is our 4th visit to Italy, but our experience at Cerqua Rosara Residence was possibly our best ever. The location is excellent, with all Umbrian’s main attractions easily accessible. The villa itself is situated in the middle of the green Umbrian countryside. The apartment is well designed (absolute privacy), the furniture is nice and kitchen is well equipped. In a distance of 100m from the apartment there is a swimming pool (if the weather allows). But what makes the big difference with other such places and makes Cerqua Rosara Residence so special, is its owner - Gianni. His hospitality is above and beyond anything you can imagine. One example to this - on one of the evenings during our stay Gianni prepared a nice Italian dinner and invited us to join. This was very nice evening! We'll definitely recommend this place to anyone, who is planning to visit Umbria.

We could not have wished for a more wonderful stay. To begin with, the location was excellent, with all Umbria’s main attractions easily accessible. The villa itself is situated in the midst of the lush green Umbrian countryside, and each apt has its own balcony, and view of the beautiful Cerqua Rosara grounds. Our spacious ground floor apartment, including a comfortable living area, well equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, and roomy bathroom, was a great (Italian country-)home away from home. Gianni, the fabulous owner, was a warm and generous host, who, besides taking care of all our needs, even included us on a truffle hunt on his beautiful wooded grounds. As if that weren’t enough, he invited all the guests to his home, to share an evening of great company, food and wine. We wholeheartedly recommend the Cerqua Rosara to anyone vacationing in Italy!

We booked a vacation for one week in Cerqua Rosara in Valtopina. The location of the Villa-appartment was very relaxed and quiet and the host/owner of the villa Gianni was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us good tips for trips and helped us in every aspect - even organised a dinner with local specialties such as truffles and selfmade Chardonnay. You experience the feeling of a real relaxed vacation. The rooms are big, clean, well equipped and there is a complete kitchen available. We had an enormous terrace with a spectacular view on the swimming pool, mountains and the beautiful maintained garden. We would definitily recommend to stay here and hope to return! The villa was a perfect retreat. The house was lovely, comfortable and spotless . There is a perfect view from the villa. Gianni, we really appreciated his hospitality, generosity and treats! Besides: a good location to explore Umbria, very nice local restaurant up the hill .

La gentillesse de l'accueil et la disponibilité

Dit is werkelijk het perfecte appartement met een perfecte gastheer. De eigenaar is een unieke en zeer warme gastheer die je het gevoel geeft echt welkom te zijn. Schitterende locatie met een prachtige zeer grote tuin en een uitnodigend zwembad. De prijs / prestatie verhouding is bijna te goed om te kunnen geloven. Voor ons het beste appartement waar wij ooit in verbleven. De uitnodiging voor een uitstekende Italiaanse maaltijd bij de eigenaar op onze laatste avond maakte het geheel tot een echt unieke ervaring.

Heerlijke ligging, een verkoelend windje en uitstekende gastheer maakten het verblijf zeer aangenaam. Appartement was goed ingericht en koel in de nacht. Echte aanrader.

We liked the originality of the house, the peaceful surroundings, the swimming pool and the beautiful apartment. We also liked the kindness and the hospitality of the owner very much.

Zoals anderen al schreven: Een groot appartement, goed onderhouden en schoon, heerlijk zwembad op een groot terrein. De eigenaar streeft naar perfectie en is een gezellige en attente gastheer. In het dorp een prima restaurant La Gabella, heerlijk eten een gezellige inrichting en het personeel doet hun uiterste best je in het engels te woord te staan. Voorts is er een supermarkt waar alle dagelijkse boodschappen te koop zijn

We verbleven in een groot huis, waar verschillende appartementen waren. Ons appartement was groot, goed uitgerust. Prima bedden, groot eigen prive terras en een prachtig uitzicht! De ligging van het huis is perfect, zeer centraal voor het bezoeken van leuke plaatsen in de omgeving en om prachtige wandeltochten te maken. De eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, niets is hem te veel! Er is ook een zwembad op het ruime terrein, met ligstoelen ernaast om heerlijk te relaxen. Wij vinden het een echte aanrader deze plek!

Het prachtige, volledige ingerichte appartement ligt erg mooi,rustig en centraal ten opzichte van bezienswaardigheden. Het zwembad ligt mooi verzorgd op gepaste afstand van het huis . Goede parkeergelegenheid op afgesloten prive terrein.De eigenaar staat met raad en daad terzijde. Al met al een echte aanrader voor de Umbrië ontdekker en liefhebber. Wij hebben genoten!!!

Very friendly owner (thank you Mr. Gianni for the wonderful stay!), superb location in the vicinity of major sightseeing spots such as the towns of Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, vineyards of Montefalco and the caves of Frasassi.
