Hotel muito bonito, serviço excelente especilamente no bar e café da manhã. A entrada do hotel poderia ser melhor sinalizada, pois chegamos à noite e demoramos para encontra-lo.

Понравилось, что находится в шаговой доступности, удачное местоположение. Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал. Особое действо - поездка на катере на собственный пляж : удобно и интересно. Обязательно ходите в ресторан Il Pomodoro (заказывайте пиццу!) и ресторан Renato Pedrinelli ( Enoteca) на promenade de port (вкусно все в меню) и прекрасный добрейший хозяин. Ходили раз 7. Соотношения цена- качества в ресторанах Pescatore и Grill не соответствует.

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Es fällt nicht auf, dass es sich um ein Haus mit vielen Zimmern handelt. Es wirkt eher wie ein 5-Sterne Boutique Top-Hotel. Bis auf eine Dame, die sehr sorgfältig und engagiert war, war der Service in der Gastronomie nachlässig (leere Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, Besteck nicht nachgelegt, Wein nicht nachgeschenkt). Besonders auffällig war, dass an dem Tag, an dem ein Sheraton Manager anwesend war, das Frühstücksbuffet deutlich reichhaltiger bestückt war (Lachs, Käse) als an allen anderen Tagen. Eigentlich schade. Wenn alle Mitarbeiter gut ausgebildet und engagiert wären, gäbe es von dem Haus nur Positives zu berichten!

Peisajul este foarte frumos! Hotelul are cea mai buna amplasare! Micul dejun este destul de slab in comparatie cu pretul cerut,si totul este exagerat de scump.

Der Baustil und die Integration in das Shopping-Center. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut Hallenbad ist leider in einem separaten Gebäude und bei schlechtem Wetter nicht wirklich ein Mehrwert. Preis steht nicht im Verhältnis zu den Leistungen.

Lovely location on a very pretty island. Great Marina. Very relaxing stay. Extremely expensive for food and drink in the hotel bar/restaurants. Food was not great either. Walk a few minutes from the hotel towards the marina, where you'll find better value and better quality. Rooms and bathrooms were dated and distinctly un-5 star. Price of the accommodation (400 Euros per night) a little steep for what you actualy get.

El hotel es muy bonito por dentro. La ubicacion muy buena, las vistas al pequeño puerto. El desayuno abundante. El personal muy amable. Muy limpio, muy tranquilo. No esta muy bien indicada la entrada al hotel. hay que subir por la escalera que esta detras del hotel. El hotel es muy caro.

Hotél muito charmoso, serviço impecável, localizado no centrinho de Porto Cervo, praia particular com acesso somente de barco ( a disposição dos hóspedes) e livre acesso as praias particulares dos outros 3 hoteis da cadeia Sheraton (os mais exclusivos da Costa esmeralda) Piscina pequena sem vista.

The staff was very friendly. It was the start of the season, so not at all crowded, which was then odd, when we were told that we were getting the last rooms available on line. It worked out well for us. The hotel is situated right in the middle of a very high end shopping center, so busloads of tourists are dropped off daily to enjoy the same terrace / view that the hotel guests pay for. Not very private.
