If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The cuisine is traditional Sicilian with a modern flavour.
There are 26 rooms, including: one single, 20 doubles (some equipped for disables guests), 4 triples and one suite.
Some of the rooms offer a small balcony.
The coastline from Castellammare del Golfo to San Vito lo Capo is some of the most stunning that Sicily has to offer and is typified by isolated coves and rocky beaches.
The area includes: the Zingaro National Park; the picturesque fishing village of Scopello; the beach areas around San Vito lo Capo; the ancient city of Segesta, which offers perhaps the best preserved Doric temple in Sicily; the medieval hill-top town of Erice; and the Egadi Islands, which are accessed from Trapani.

Mostly everything...position, professional and friendly staff. Real 4 star hotel. American coffee served during breakfast, absolutely not tasty (but good to wake up...). Better to ask espresso to staff. |

Not too much, definetly it costs much more than is should be. Breakfast was not bad, but could be much more better. Location is not bad in front of the harbour. The restoration of the bulding is nice. Most of the rooms have no windows, just the glass door from where you have a "nice" view of a kind of patio. It seems a camping with bungalows or even worst because you don't have any private balcony as it seems in the pictures. |

Nice boutique hotel feel. Liked the rooms set around the courtyard and the little rooftop garden. Polite and helpful staff (despite our shameful lack of Italian!) Good location right on the marina. Free parking in nearby car park (the hotel will give you a voucher for it once you give them your registration number and the car's make/model). Not a criticism of the hotel, but travellers should bear in mind that the marina is closed to traffic from 8pm to 8am in the summer months. |

The quiet, the comfort and the staff.Everything were very good. Nothing. Maybe the parking, is difficult the access to the hotel with the car, and is really difficult find a space for the car. |

Posizione ottima, proprio sulla spiaggia e sul borgo. Apprezzabile il recupero e l'innovazione architettonica della struttura. Sala ristorante di gran fascino per l' atmosfera della ex tonnara. Personale gentile e disponibile, ma insufficiente . Camere piccole e senza preingresso. Bagni datati e abbastanza bruttini. Costo di 85 euro fuori stagione decisamente elevato. In conclusione un appena sufficiente piccolo hotel 3 stelle venduto come e al prezzo di un 4 stelle pieno! |

Voor die prijs Badkamer te klein (vanuit de douche stapje eerst in het bidet!) Restaurant was gesloten. (Laag seizoen) mag de pirjs dan zeker voor aangepast worden. Luidruchtig door flanerend verkeer tot 1 uur s'nachts. Zeker omdat ook nogeens de balkondeuren niet goedsloten. De laatste nacht geen oog dicht gedaan ivm met een losgeslagen buitenalarm en een niet te stoppen brandalarm van het Hotel. (Technisch probleempje!) |

Staffs are very kindly people who can speak english. They tried to satisfy our requests whenever we wanted. A restaurant near the hotel is very good, especially seafood taste、 and it's reasonable price. スタッフの対応は、大変良い。滞在中のリクエストも出来る限り応えてくれました。英語も通じる。近所のレス- トラン（徒歩1分）のシーフードがとてもおいしく値段も高くない。 There are no useful transportation, it's better to go by a rent car. 交通網が行き届いていない場所なので、車がないと動けません。色々周りたい場合は、レンタカーが必須となり- ます。 |

Prachtig gelegen hotel. Het outdoor diner op het hotelterras was zeer verzorgd. Zicht op de baai is fenomenaal. Indien op zoek naar een romantisch hotel : aanrader ! - bereikbaarheid hotel, redelijk slecht aangegeven. Gps kent eenrichtingsverkeer niet. |

Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns in diesem Hause wohl. Das gesamte Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Hut ab!!, dies war vor vielen Jahren in Castellamare noch nicht so. Nichts aber auch gar nichts!!, Meine Frau und ich können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. |
