Wifi didn't work in the room but did work in the corridor - maybe because we were right on the end. The restaurant wasn't open until the season, which wasn't made apparent on the booking.com website. It's a shame, because the menu looked good and the restaurants open in the village were few, and the one we tried was at best average.
Manager did his best to make us feel welcome and appreciated. We were there in the off season and on the second night we were the only guests. Even with limited English ( and we had no Italian) he made sure we were comfortable and made friendly conversation.
The croissants at breakfast were delicious. We were lucky enough to be given a room with a lake view. Price was very favourable for the standard compared with rooms on offer in Cortina on
English language websites.
