Perfect stay in perfect place with charming Staff. The view from family room on 4th floor was amazing.The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The food was great. The pool area was small but it was enough to relax and play with kids. The ski slopes are close to the hotel. Just short walk. Everything was ok.

Very close to the ski-lift. No need to use a car. Good room quality, warm, simple but comfortable. All the staff very professional, friendly and helpful, speaking key foreign languages excluding wellness area. Ski- room very practical and spacious... Unfortunately the external lock was out of order during our whole stay. The staff react quickly and open it on request but I think they should have fixed it promptly. The evening dinners very plentiful - great occasion to try different dishes for those who like to feast in the evening. The wellness area is very small but in a good shape. It is extra paid which I finally found not a bad idea - few people are coming. Wi-Fi limited only to reception area. The safe in the room was out of order but the staff fixed that immediately.

Tutto eccellente, dalla cortesia del personale ai servizi dell hotel ... la spa piccola ma molto bella e attrezzata... Il cibo sia a colazione che a cena ottimo!!! Ero gia stato all hotel montana e buon sangue non mente!! 10 ad entrambi... Forse il caminetto è più intimo essendo più piccolo perciò perfetto per chi come me viaggia in coppia. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo neo... Il parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento... Ma davanti all hotel c'è un parcheggio riservato ai clienti comodissimo.

Gli ambienti sono arredati modernamente ed è tutto molto pulito. Piscina, bagno turco, sauna ecc sono molto curati. Lo staff parla un italiano poco comprensibile (erano tutti stranieri). L'accesso alla spa è a pagamento (di 15 euro) e non era specificato. La piscina è piccola.

Confortevole e accogliente hotel ben posizionato rispetto le piste da sci, con un piccolo ma piacevole centro benessere con piscina. Splendida la suite n.45 con spettacolare vista sulle Dolomiti di Brenta. Discreta la cucina. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.

Spa muito bom, Vista linda sobre as Dolomites com muita neve, Muito próximo do teleférico para as pistas de ski, 100 metros. Jantar no restaurante muito fraco.

Stanza confortevole con balcone e vista stupenda, arredi nuovi e pulizia impeccabile. Staff gentilissima e "helpful" in grado di aiutarti a rendere ottimale il soggiorno. Colazione con buffet vario e abbondante. Nulla!

Absolutamente tudo, equipe extremamente atenciosa, gentil e prestativa. Alimentação muito boa, hotel esta localizado ao lado da estação de esqui, piscina e sauna muito bons para relaxar. Não há o que reclamar, fica apenas a sugestão tv com canais em língua inglesa.

Siamo stati benissimo, lo staff è gentile e la vista era splendida. Unica pecca un po' di polvere sulle lampade (ma la camera e il bagno erano molto puliti) e sauna e bagno turco erano a parte, ma si poteva usare la piscina con idromassaggio. Da consigliare
