Położenie idealne, na przeciwko wyciągu cassana. Można na nartach zjechać pod sam apartament. Przystanek skibusa pod domem. cena zbyt wysoka do warunków, apartament dość przestronny, niestety brudny, zaniedbany. Bardzo stare, zniszczone rozwalające się meble.
