good location: close to the termini, metro, buses; very kind receptionist, Small rooms and showers. Breakfast time 9:30 and that locking the door at 9:30. |

Who is incharge of rating,if this is a 4 stars hotel than I should replace Mr. Obama.The rooms are terribley small, It was very hard to get into the shower,to sit on the toailet is quite a mission.The hotel insist on checking out at 10am which is outrages.I am a frequent traveler due to my business and it was an experience that I would like to forget!!!! |

The breakfast room was very poor and I would have liked a restaurant for dinner or at the least a bar to have a drink in. |

Location is close to train station and center In the first day I had change the room because it was a problem with the sink, there were to separate beds together, and I didn't had blankets in the room.Not to mention that the first thing when I arrived I was asked to pay the whole stay in advance and I didn't had seen the room.The breakfast should last until 10.The shower was hanged with a rope. |

It was near the Trail Terminal Room was too small. I expected better from a 4 star. I would consider this hotel a 2 star. |

The beds were good. The hotel needs a lot of renovation and maintanance. Its not worth four stars! All the covers of electric plug-ins were missing, there were holes in the walls and lamps were hanging from electric wires, just to mention some of the faults. |

The only good thing of the hotel is that it is close to the rail station. The receptionist insisted I should pay all the money before I get the key, and charged my credit card without my permission. I only knew it the next morning. How could you do that? It is like stealing the money from the customer. Besides, I didn't get the blanket for the first night, and the guy just told me they don't have anyone left for me. Room service is poor. Strongly not recommend! |

The room just got renovated. The bathroom is big enough. No internet! The shower curtain is not long enough, so the water would splash all over the place. |

Ubicación excelente,personal amable.relación buena calidad-precio.Buffet suficiente y de buena calidad. Limpieza un poco justa y en el buffet hay que llegar pronto,sino cierran la puerta media hora antes de su fin |

la stanza era angusta e il copriletto macchiato. il buffet della colazione era scarso, due mattine mancava il pane e non c'era il personale. il costo di 2 delle 4 notti era esagerto (2 volte e mezzo il prezzo medio) anche se in occasione della finale di coppa campioni. |

ローマのテルミニ駅からとても近くて便利。 本来であれば最終日のチェックアウト時に支払いをするはずなのに、着いた当日にホテル代の支払いをお願いされ、ホテル側の対応が非常に失礼。 常識のないホテルでした。 |

Unico aspetto positivo la vicininza alla stazione Termini La camera faceva letteralmente schifo, la finestra si apriva sulla scala antincendio, le lenzuola sembravano essere state già usate, il bagno era sporco, nelle doccia e sul lavandino abbiamo trovato le saponette usate precedentemente da altri clienti, il televisore era rudimentale, poggiato su un frigo bar, pieno di polvere, circa due centimetri, la stanza matrimoniale aveva un letto ad una piazza... |

Det var en bra beliggenhet som utgangspunkt for vandring I Romas gater. Koselige spisesteder like I nærheten. Kunne ha tenkt meg at det ble servert frukt og youghut til frokosten. |
