our room was clean and comfortable. Not too far from the station and about 25 minutes from the duomo.

great location near the station, cute garden where you can eat breakfast. I've stayed in quite a few 2 and 3 stars near centrale and this was by far the best. Guy at the desk was very nice, wrangled up a few lost and found umbrellas for us when it was raining.

I thought Hotel Charly was excellent. My room was serviced every day and the bathroom cleaned. The hotel was warm, and there was plenty of food to eat at breakfast. There was free wi-fi available on asking and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My room was a little dark because of shutters in the window and I would have liked a guest sitting room to have been available. It was sometimes noisy when staff were coming and going early morning or late evening.

Very clean comfort room with large bathroom. Staff is perfect. Location is good - few minutes from Central station, 5 minutes from red line of metro and shopping street (Buenos Ares). Excellent value of money!

The only good thing was good location - just 5 min by foot from Central Station.

Terrible beds.I'm not ok with very soft beds but mattresses in Hotel Charly are extremely old & hard, you can feel all metal springs with your body. As hotels usually invoice you for overnights, I'm sure that good quality sleep is MUST for hotel service. We couldn't sleep normally & our weekend was spoiled because of that. Breakfast was also very poor. You can definitely find better hotels for the same price.

Great and nice reception hall with Italian style. Nice breakfast with local taste. Awesome garden front of the room.

Some refreshments to be done in the showers, and also the beds needs to be replaced by newer ones. (Very hard beds, it hurts..)

Giving there are some bad reviews about this hotel, I didn't expect it to be any good. However, I found this place very comfortable and sweet. Nicely decoarted rooms with a garden and break first in the glass ceiling dining room. Free Wifi are only 2 hours but emough for me.

Only 5 minutes by foot of the railway station and metro. Very nice room. Better quality for this price is hard to find in Milan.

City centre by foot is 25 minutes, but metro is close. Very small LCD television with only Italian channels.
