The Charme Hotel was open late to except our 1am arrival. The hotel was located in a difficult to find area; thankfully we had gps. . The surrounding area was not desirable, and offered no attractions or late night restaurants. There was no parking available within the Hotel lot, so we had to park on the street nearby. The online description advertises internet availability, but when we got there there were no more Ethernet cords to be able to log-in, inside the room. Beside I had a tablet so I could not plug in anyway. The customer service was not what I had hoped for, a little impatient but not rude.The morning breakfast was terrible. They did not replace items, from an apparent rush on the breakfast table, and were not very attentive to people sitting at the tables.

La zona in cui è situato è molto tranquilla ed è vicinissimo all'autostrada ed alcuni centri commerciali. Un pò lontano dal centro di prato ma in macchina facilmente raggiungibile

la disponibilità del personale nel dare anche consigli su dove cenare e soprattutto il sorriso sincero.Viaggio spesso per lavoro e la differenza tra la cortesia di puro lavoro e l'apertura del sorriso di chi invece si trova bene nell'impiego è evidente,consiglio questo albergo sinceramente :)

Gentilezza e cortesia del personale...qualità della struttura...colazione ottima ed abbondante!! ....Essendo un ragazzo di oltre 2m non ho trovato particolarmente comodo il letto "matrimoniale" dato che era di dimensioni pari ad una piazza e 1/2.
